Calabasas Klubhouse

My 3 year old has been attending Klubhouse since the moment he turned 2. This school is an absolute gem. The teachers and administration are wonderful and caring. We ADORE the families who attend, as well. The location is gorgeous!! I couldn't imagine sending my little one anywhere else. We love Klubhouse. My only regret is that my 7 year old didn't go to Klubhouse. I wish I had looked into this school for her!

Our family has been in the Klubhouse for many years and cannot say enough wonderful things about this school! The campus is clean and beautiful. The teachers are all qualified, experienced and loving!! As a parent it's an amazing feeling knowing your kid is in great hands!! Love love love the Klubhouse!!!

The best preschool in our neighborhood hands down! Our daughter has been attending the school for the last 3 years. 3 different classes, different teachers and they all have been great to her and us! She loves going there every morning and we feel like she has learned a lot and above the average for her age. Thank you Calabasas Klubhouse!!!

The Calabasas Klubhouse is such a beloved and highly regarded pre-school in our neighborhood. My daughter attended when from ages 2-5 (she's now 9), and my son currently age 3 attends the school. What makes this school exceptional is the loving, caring staff who become like family. Everyday my child is greeted with big smiles and hugs - when he walks through the classroom door in the morning he just smiles! It's a fun loving school that reminds me of the comforting feel I had when I went to pre-school as a child. The school has fun everts for the kids like animal shows, bubble and puppet shows and special visits from the mayor, local dentist, fire department, etc. The school turns into a "Camp" theme over the summer so it's a lot of fun for the kids to enjoy water play and other outdoor activities on the spacious land the school is on. I love that they also celebrate and embrace all holidays and events. My older daughter was very well prepared for Kindergarten. And attending the Klubhouse enabled her to make many friends who then moved on to the local Kindergarden classes together within Calabasas/LVUSD. I highly recommend this school and can't say enough wonderful things about it.

We LOVE the Klubhouse! Our children have been attending the school for the past 3+ years. My older child spent 3 years there and graduated this past summer and my younger one attends currently and will be attending for 2 more years. When we moved to Calabasas 3+ years ago, we did a lot of research on surrounding preschools before choosing the Klubhouse. The primary reasons why we chose the school and why we continue to love the school today are: Amazing teachers/staff: The Klubhouse has such an amazing group of dedicated and caring teachers/staff, many of whom have spent years at the school. Year after year, as our kids have gone through the different age levels, they have loved their teachers in each class. After my older child started kindergarten, she would ask me to take her back to Klubhouse so she can visit with her former teachers. Well-rounded curriculum: I love that the school curriculum is a great balance of academic, creative, and social learning. Each year the school plans out such as well thought-out curriculum with weekly themes and activities and learning objectives that they want to achieve in academic, creative, gross/fine motor, and social development. Additionally, there are plenty of additional enrichment activities such as soccer, dance, etc that parents can sign-up for during school hours. I'm always amazed at what my kids are learning in school and really happy with how well this school has prepared my child for kindergarten. Safe, natural environment: The school sits on several acres of natural park with lots of mature trees and a large green playing field and fully gated with secured entry. I love that it's tucked away in the hills, away from busy traffic. Another huge security perk, since the Klubhouse is run by the City of Calabasas, it has a well planned out emergency evacuation plan that utilizes the city's emergency resources. It really gives me a great peace of mind knowing that should any emergency (i.e. earthquake, etc) occurs, the school has the resources of the city to keep my kids safe & secure until we are able to reach them. Great hours/coverage for working parents: We're working parents and the daily hours and annual operation of the school has been so helpful. The Klubhouse is open 7:30AM-5:30PM. Classes start at 8:30AM or 9AM but you can drop your kids off as early as 7:30AM and pick-up as late as 5:30pm. During the summer months, the school runs a great summer camp so we can get the continuity of care without having to worry about finding alternative care for our kids. Healthy, hot meals: The school caters daily hot lunch for $4/day. A new meal calendar is provided monthly and you've the flexibility to order as many lunches as you want each month. I love that the lunch menu has great variety and is really healthy. Usually it's a main course with protein/carbs and always comes with fruit & water, NO sugary desserts. All in all, we couldn't be happier with the Klubhouse and would highly recommend this school to any family.
