Cadence Academy

Our family loves Cadence. The facilities are clean and up to date (with updates happening all the time to make it the best environment for our kiddos). The staff are some of the nicest people we have met. I am never concerned leaving my child at cadence because I know that they love my boy like their own. I can recommend them enough.

Best decision was switching my baby girl over to Cadence! Everyone is so sweet and caring. Also to have updates on my little one through out the day eases my momma heart and the communication is great 😊

After reading all the negative experiences people have had to encounter with this facility I’m glad Cadence decided to screw me so I don’t have to worry about the quality of care they provide, which appears to be low quality based on everyone else’s experience. Word of advice; Don’t train your staff to lie to potential clients, don’t train your staff to waste potential clients time, don’t you know first impressions are most important in this type of industry? lol. Thank you very much for showing your red flags so loudly Cadence Academy & Staff. (:

We had a very concerning experience during a tour of the facility. While I was speaking with the woman giving us the tour, my husband witnessed a teacher in the infant room being rough with a few children. He does not believe they were in imminent danger but the teacher was clearly frustrated and reacting very inappropriately. I emailed the center after with this information and told them they need to check their cameras in the infant room. I have received no response from ANYONE. If they are doing these types of things while a tour is taking place, I cannot fathom what may be happening behind closed doors. I would never send my child here.

It took me more than a year considerably think to write this review as we had a difficult time to process the traumatic experience we had with the Cadence Academy over a year ago. Everything was good for the first years, but then we were given only two weeks' notice that our son was being kicked out due to "bad behavior", which happened just right after he was moved to class 3B with a mean teacher. During those two weeks we were called several times to "pick up your kid ASAP" which was very difficult for us, with no relatives around, having to spend most of our work vacation days, and of course we still had to pay for the whole week. The director's decision was made with what felt like a complete lack of empathy or understanding for the impact it would have on our child, at 3 years old, we understand they are at an emotional roller coaster phase, and it's clear that she prioritized convenience over the well-being of her students and their families. The teachers at the daycare were also unsupportive and unsympathetic to our situation, which made it incredibly difficult for my son to adjust to a new environment. The stress and anxiety that our family experienced during that time was immense, and it's clear that the director's decision was not made with any consideration for the harm it would cause. In retrospect, I can see that her judgment was poor and her treatment of us was menacing. I would caution other families to think twice before entrusting their children to this daycare, as the management's lack of compassion and understanding can have long-lasting and far-reaching consequences for young children. My son, now 5, still remembers the "mean teachers" daycare. We were able to find him another daycare where he is extremely happy and wants to go everyday.
