I live behind Cadence Academy and I just spent 10,000 on a new fence. Everytime it rains their mulch comes under their fence and my fence in my back yard and is popping my boards off my new fence. I asked nicely if the could block off the bottom of their fence to stop this and they will not help me. It is now bowing out the bottom of my brand new fence. It is horrible that a business will not do anything to help with the damage they are causing. I guess I will have no choice but to hire an attorney to help with this situation. I have asked nicely with no response. I don't know what else to do i am at my whits end. They have put a 2 by 10 on the bottom of their fence everywhere except where my house is. I'm so disappointed. Update, since I posted this. They have not tried to scoop out all the mulch between our fences making my fence bow and have not tried to help in any way. Now they come by my fence and play very loud music which I'm ok with because I love music. I just want them to fix the problem so that their mulch stays in their own area. Not everyone is rich and it took me 5 years to save up to put up a new fence only to have them tear it down and not help in any way.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cadence Academy Preschool off Rosemead Parkway in Carrollton, Texas. From the moment my daughter started attending at just six weeks old, the staff has been nothing short of amazing. Now, nearly a year later, I am incredibly grateful to have found such a warm and nurturing environment for her. The teachers and staff are gentle, loving, and treat every child as if they were their own. They have made my daughter feel safe, happy, and cherished every day, and that means the world to me. They truly embody the saying, “It takes a village to raise a child.” Cadence Academy Preschool is my village, and I feel blessed to be part of theirs. What makes them special is not just how they care for my child but how they have embraced me as part of their family. They provide a judgment-free environment where I feel supported and understood, and that has made all the difference in my parenting journey. If you’re looking for a wonderful daycare to start your child off, I cannot recommend Cadence Academy Preschool enough. I give them my full trust and confidence
My 2 Children been here for years since a baby. I absolutely love this place feels like home when you walk through the door. I feel like this is my children home while I’m at work. There’s no words for Mrs. Teri the best Director I know making us as parents feel welcome. Glad she has a great Assistant Director Venus she’s great on customer service I love Christi, Betty and Mrs. Tina for doing all she has done for my daughter when it was tough for her. Keep up the great work . Y’all Rock and thank you for running the School the way y’all do. It’s so, true when you have great Management Skills like Teri that’s why we stayed cause of all her Great Teachers are still there consistency is a plus for a Parent like me . ❤️❤️
My kids have been going to this daycare for over 6 years and the staff feels like family. My kids are well taken care of and I never have to worry. I feel the love. My kids love it here and I wouldn’t take my kids to another daycare if I wanted to. The professionalism is phenomenal, the staff shows that they care about the kids, and the drop off and pick up hours are perfect for my work schedule. I highly recommended this daycare to anyone new in the area that’s looking for a great place for their kids to be!
My daughter has been going here since the ending of August 2020 and she loves it. Her teacher, Miss Angelica is an amazing person and from the moment I drop her off to the time I pick her up, everyone is just so friendly and treat her as if she's family, even on the hard days where the mornings are a bit hard to get up, get ready for school and separate from mom, she seems to always have a smile on her face and always answers yes when I ask her if she had a good day. With everything going on nowadays, and my daughter never have gone to daycare ever before, I didn't expect it to be such a smooth transition but everyone seemed to have such understanding of what it is like being our first time in a different type of environment, after a few days of calling and checking up on her, I felt confident and had a peace of mind going to work and knowing my daughter was doing well. We, as parents, aren't allowed inside for obvious reasons, so communication with the teachers are a bit limited, but it seems that everyday once we are home, she'll ask when the next time she'll see Miss Angelica. The Director Teri and Assistant Director Venus have been very caring and understanding, not giving any doubt in my mind they have been in the business for many years. I love how happy and comfortable my daughter has felt around them and everyone there she's come across within the facility. In these two months, I don't think I would've felt more comfortable leaving her any other place.
