DO NOT COME TO THIS DAY CARE unless you want to struggle with bald spots in your child hair, late notices (6months) of over due payments & overall condescending workers when you ask about it. These people pulled my daughter hair out and acted like they knew nothing all while my daughter says “GRANNY DID IT” & they purposely waited to pull her hair out after they put a random overdue fees in the brightwheel app so I couldn’t transfer my daughter right away stopping me from making $$$. These late fees that I’m paying also could’ve went on my child tax credit but they made sure I didn’t pay enough to not claim it on my taxes this year. These older women are not the elders I thought they were; they are not GOD fearing and they discriminate against my seven year old autistic daughter—didn’t even want to drop her off to school when I first signed her up & even encouraged me to keep her at an abusive SDOP school after I had to take her out of Richard R Wright : NOT SUPPORTIVE even when my child went on online school at PennWood Charter—but make sure she pays and goes to their field trips alone & even have nerve of asking for extra spending money without letting me decide if I want to give that to her or not. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY! My autistic daughter is a good listener and a good child. They just want money they don’t care about nothing else. I am so upset about this situation in a whole!!! Do not come to this day care if you know what’s good for your children! It’s funny because when I came to pick up all my daughters things they didn’t include the diapers that my youngest had and decided to call my spouse saying she left diapers… now why would we come back to get those diapers they probably did something to that can cause a rash or something?! Why didn’t you give them to MOM in the first place, when she asked to PUT ALL THEIR THINGS IN THE BAG. They know they wrong and I pray vengeance from GOD on this day care.

A BLESSING!!! Let me tell you about this childcare facility. I was having difficulties with a previous childcare provider for my son. After searching everywhere I found no one who fit my specific criteria. When I thought all hope was lost, Miss Portia contacted me about an inquiry I sent. I noticed immediately how quick she was contacting me. Communication was and STILL IS awesome. Very professional. She made me feel very comfortable speaking to her and honestly the process of getting my son into the daycare was a breeze. Facility very clean. All of the staff are very friendly and inviting . My Son is especially close with Mr. Kenneth, who does an EXCELLENT job of bringing him to and from school. My experience so far has been awesome. They are like family to my son and we extremely grateful. I have no complaints.
