Absolutely the worst child care experience I've ever had in my life! They never sent home the daily papers that most non-digital day cares use to tell you what your child ate, drank, used the restroom, etc. They don't have child proof doors on any of the rooms, they leave the front door unlocked during drop off and pick up times, which is definitely a safety concern. We were only there about 5 months and it was just so horrible. If there had been any other option open late enough to work with our schedule i would've pulled him much sooner. I was given a letter telling me I had until the end of the following week to find new childcare because my child was having issues with aggressive behavior, was unable to drink from an open face cup and refused to drink from a 360 cup. However, I never got a single incident report on the supposed aggressive behavior prior to this. I was also never notified prior to the letter that my kid wasn't drinking anything ALL DAY EVERYDAY! He was using open faced cups at his old daycare without issues. I would've gladly brought in a different type of cup for him, had they said something, especially since he was having major constipation issues, which I told his teachers about, and they STILL never said a word until they were giving us the boot! Someone at the facility even called CPS (way before the letter) and made a report because they saw him trying to get a huge poop out and thought he was being abused. So they CAUSED the constipation issue and then reported us to CPS for it! When I called (months later) to get my tax paper from last year the director didn't remember my kid and I told her that was funny since we had a huge issue with CPS that i spoke to her about directly. When I went in to get my form she insisted on speaking to me before giving me the paper. She then proceeded to tell me that she called CPS to see if it was actually someone from her center that made the report. Of course it was made anonymously so they couldn't confirm that but the report said "when mom dropped him off this morning" and thats the only place my kid was dropped off at and they came out to the house immediately after he was picked up from the daycare. She tried to tell me CPS said that wasn't in the report but I didn't remind her of that when I spoke to her on the phone so how would she have even known to ask if she didn't even remember who my kid was before I called? Full of bold faced lies and excuses that one... If you want your toddler to get plopped in front of a TV all day and not get anything of educational value from a day care center, than you'll love it. If not, I suggest you find a different center.

I walked in one day to the center to pick up my child and she just started a Verbal conflict with no reasoning with me infront of the kids. I immediately pulled my child out and never sent her back. Im not sure why or what was going on in her life that day but for the unhealthy behavior in front of a whole center of kids is very concerning.

Saw Bettie spray Raid Ant & Roach Bug Spray in the infant room while the children were playing on the floor. Called health department and quit the next day. Never sending my child there.

My kids go here, The director Bettie is amazing with the kids. Never had one issue.

La experiencia más horrible de mi vida, las maestras no están bien capacitadas y maltrataron a mi hijo imponiéndole cosas a las que no está adaptado, sin antes enseñarle y hablar con el, en ocasiones alandole por el brazo, horrible y ellos tienen videos de todo eso, son unas malas personas tanto las que hacen esas cosas como las que lo permiten el nene tiene pánico acercarse al daycare
