Butner Child Care

This is the worst daycare I have ever sent my kid(s) to. I have been trying to contact the director for three days and I finally was able to reach her by calling from my work phone number. I have been told my child couldn't return without the proper communication. My spouse went to drop our kid off and they just come out and say the child couldnt stay. So no one reach out in advance to communicate. The center have had conversation going around stating they are miss treating kids as well. I didn't think it was true til my child started acting out and crying say she didn't want to return.

Poorly ran childcare facility. The teachers are overworked, limited supervision of the children, communication with parents is terrible and the owner does not show a passion for childcare. The owner basically blew us off when we tried to have a meeting about our child’s nutrition and told us in a text message to find another center. We were here almost a year and then this happened cause she got all uptight trying to prepare for inspection. Run things the correct way all the time so you don’t have to change when the time comes!

So far I haven't really seen or had any problems out of the staff. The director is usually there to welcome us. My little boy seems to really like his director as I have seen him go up to her and hug her as well as the lady who serves breakfast who's there every morning. I do appreciate the fact that the director interacts with the children and knows their name compared to the daycare he use to go to off e Lyon. Over all I do like the staff and the environment. I have read the other reviews and wonder how those situations came about. Anyway if anything changes I'll be sure to update my review. My son has also been A LOT less sick than he use to be in his previous DC

This is THE worst child care center. Not only did my son not learn a thing here to prepare him for kindergarten, the quality here just sucks. The director is a piece of work herself. She's never actually IN the building to monitor her staff. She leaves her son in charge who has a bad temper and harsh tone with the children. Not only that but she put her hands on my son and then proceeded to humiliate him in front of his class. It amazes me that she's still open!!! I opened an investigation but a teacher there told me and her coworkers that the lady doing the investigation was her friend. So of course nothing was done about it. Also the fact that there aren't any cameras helped her case. I wasn't the only parent with concerns. I wasn't the only one who left. If you decide to leave your child here, I hope for you notice the signs of abuse before it's too late!!!!!!

Sketchy place. I really don’t like it. My sisters kid have been coming home saying bad words. Always sick. No covid protocols at all. When i picked up the baby for the first time they didn’t ask for any ID or anything. Literally let me walk in and find my sisters baby and leave. This is one of the many reasons children can go missing… it’s sad how low security it is. Please avoid this place at all cost.
