Busy Bumble Bee Academy

I have three children two boys and one girl. They have been going here for three years. My daughter is excited to go she just now turned five. They have learning activities and field trips and other experiences they children are exposed to. Busy Bubble Bee staff is very friendly and understanding if a situation comes up. They are just like family to us. Ms. Jones is gone now and her daughter took over and she is a very passionate and devoted young woman she’s doing an awesome job her and the staff.... I know when I drop my children of they are safe and well taken care of. Keep up the good work ladies and gentlemen. This mom appreciates y’all.

So my experience with this school started off ok with some concerns and ended in shiesty way. My 2 children ages 2&4 was going here for about 1 year and a half almost 2 years now, and was dropped out of the school program TODAY. After about a few months of my children going there they offered me a job which I wasn’t seeking and wanted me to look at it as a blessing LOL, which I turned down at first and then weeks later went ahead and took the job. In the mist the assistant director and director started to build a close relationship with me and started having personal conversations with me about coworkers, invited me to family events of there’s, even helped one of them move their entire house for 3 days straight mind you I just gat hire with them on august21 and resigned on 9/11 and had to be at work from 7:30am-4:30pm. Everything was going good for a nice while then BOOM HERES THE MESSY PART. On 9/11 I was clocked out and went on the infant side to get my 2 year child my two year old boy is very active and likes to run , in the mist of me trying to get my child after a long day of work I was overwhelmed and slipped and said a curse word. One of the teachers decided to make a announcement in front of everyone to let me know not to curse which she was right but wrong for how she went about it. And secondly EVERYBODY IN THAT DAYCARE CURSES OR SLIPS UP AND CURSE EVEN SMOKE WEED ON BREAK SO TO TRY AND ADDRESS ME WHILE IM OFF THE CLOCK WAS VERY UNNECESSARY AND I WAS TOLD BY THE ASSISTANT DIRECTOR AFTER THE INCIDENT THAT TEACHER THAT CONFRONTED ME JUST LIKES TO FEEL IN POWER WHEN THE DIRECTOR IS NOT HERE. I made a outburst towards that teacher and left the building. The next day I text the director to let her know I wasn’t coming in due to my children being sick. She responded she wanted to talk to me about the incident the day before and i decided to RESIGN FROM THE JOB. Now Two days ago pass and the 3rd day I text the director asking her when will the payment start for my children start since I have now resigned and they will no longer be free thru childcare. The director Mrs Lampley responded that my children was dropped from the program. So bascially THEY DROPPED MY KIDS OUT OF THERE SCHOOL BECUZ I QUIT WORKING FOR THEM. Busy Bumble Bee Academy on 6450 s. Cottage grove The director Shaunta Harris aka Mrs Lampley and the assistant director Michelle Morgan are full of MESSSSS. NO ONE SHOULD RECOMMEND THERE KIDS GOING HERE. IF YALL KNEW WHAT WAS REALLY GOING ON IN THAT SCHOOL. 😮‍💨 🗣️IT TOOK FOR ME TO GET HIRED TO SEE WHAT WAS REALLY GOING ON IN THAT SCHOOL FR💯💯💯💯💯

My children been going here for 5 years. And they love the staff and i do too. Very understanding and they do care about the children. Very clean, very professional.

My husband and I absolutely love this daycare the staff is amazing I love how caring they are with the children I would absolutely recommend busy bee
