Busy Beez Daycare L.L.C.

Our experience is primarily with the Clear Brook location. We LOVE Mr. B and all of the staff. They are always very communicative through the app; we receive constant updates and pictures throughout the day. Mr. B and his staff are responsive to questions and attentive to any needs, such as potty training, skipping naps, or struggling with a change in routine. Our children LOVE going to daycare and ask to go even on days they are not supposed to go. It is very apparent that the staff truly teach them. Our children constantly come home with new words or songs or arts and crafts. They have always taken wonderful care of our children. We highly recommend this daycare based on our wonderful experience with them! We love them so much!

This daycare is great for neurotypical children, but if you have a child on the spectrum or with ADHD or any other disability, they will be sending them home early everyday as they are not trained to have children that fall under those circumstances. Sharing because I recently saw a few other parents of children that previously attended this daycare share the exact thing happened to them so this is a repetitive scenario.

I would not recommend this center at all. The director neglected to give my child his medication that was ordered by the doctor and the doctor even reported this facility. They also did not feed our infant on demand as federally mandated by law and would come home starving. However the licensing office and the director are good friends so nothing was taken seriously. Not a place I want my child if they can get away with anything. My child came home with bruises and I was never called about the incident. I had also witnessed other parents experiencing the same issues. The staff there even told us on our last day that we were smart to get out and how much they dislike the director and that the director constantly harasses the parents and staff even though they did nothing wrong. Glad we pulled our child from this awful facility! It might smell clean but trust me, your child will not be safe or happy here! PARENTS BEWARE!

A WARM and LOVING facility!!!!! My daughter attends Busy Beez. It is a wonderful daycare center! They start the children out in ABEKA curriculum ( one of the best in my opinion ) at 16 months! It is not just a "babysitting situation" It is a learning environment. The director has a huge heart and I have often observed her helping out in each of the classes. The children respond to her with such high esteem. The director and staff treat each child like they are their own child. I have never seen such a considerate and dedicated staff. It's almost like they have become an addition to our family. Another plus is that the facility is VERY CLEAN and orderly. If you get the opportunity to put your child into their care you will be joining an amazing team!

The girls are sweet, but the daycare is filthy. My 10 month old would come home covered in food (all over her face and in her hair) as if she was never cleaned off. I was sent a picture of her playing on the floor and the floor was absolutely disgusting. Both of my kids were sick the entire first month they were there. They gave me their things (since I’ve decided to go somewhere else) and the bottles and cups were caked with formula. On top of that, every week I was having to reach out due to accounting issues. I do not recommend this facility and am thankful to not have to take my kids there anymore. Update: Very unprofessional once my review was posted. Everyone on the emergency list was contacted multiple times and it has been made perfectly clear that they are more concerned with their reviews and “rating” than the issues, which can be seen by the sudden increase in random 5 star reviews immediately after my review. Also, the only review that was addressed was one from my children’s grandmother who was also contacted this morning because she was listed as an emergency contact, which is why she noted that they were unprofessional since a negative review is by no means a reason to alarm and harass family members.
