Mrs. Tamara got upset, because I was checking over my son. I would check his diaper and his face. She called me and said I don't no what your problem is, but you think we are no taking good care of your child, he might as well not come back on Monday as of September 22, 2025. I said okay, because I wasn't about to argue with her. Then she text me saying my son last day was that Friday September 19, 2025.
A very rude older lady answered the phone. I truly pray that the attitude she displayed is not a reflection of how the workers in that facility conduct themselves. Perhaps a preference for a certain group of kids that are allowed at that daycare.
I had an appointment with Tamara mcgrew and next day she didn't answer her phone after calling her many times and then she said am at work, including went there as she started to give me looks and starts to say words for nothing ! I tried to make it clear with her but she was racist and showed an attitude and disrespect
I called this childcare to get information on price and hours of operation very unprofessional!!!! I was told to call back we are feeding the kids . Once I called back I mentioned I’m new to the area and calling around to get prices and hours of operations I let the manager know that my kids are 8 and 3 , her reply was you should take your 8 year old to the boys and girls club because it’s free and we don’t have a lot of kids his age . I then asked again for the price and hours of operation she then gave me an answer I then asked do you all pick up and drop off at schools she said o no we don’t go anywhere it’s out there Beasley is too far . So I mentioned to the owner that the young lady that I previously spoke to said it’s only 10 or 15 min the owner then said well then she gave you your answer and hung up in my face . I tired to call back and they didn’t pick up If this is how they treat a potential customer I can imagine how they may be treating the kids at the facility. Don’t take your child here unless you want to be disrespected by the owner who is caring for your kids not a good impression at all .
