I’m new to Burn Boot Camp and am so glad I joined! I was nervous and self-conscious at first, being that I am 8 months postpartum and still carrying the baby weight, but when I went to my first class that quickly faded. The way the exercises are set up and the group setting allows everyone to go at their own pace and modifications are provided for each exercise. The trainers are super helpful and encouraging. They help ensure your form is correct and they push you without pressure. I am so glad I signed up. Definitely would recommend!

You have access to the trainers, they push you to push yourself, they hold you accountable, the community atmosphere helps keeps you motivated, and there’s an awakening that proves that you can do more than you think you can! Great community, awesome trainers, a variety of workouts, complimentary Childwatch, and so much more! I'm 31 weeks pregnant and the trainers have modifications available so I can still get the most out of my 45 minute workout! You make even catch some of us doing a little dance for some active recovery!
Burn Boot Camp has changed my life! As a stay at home mom, I was trying to squeeze my workout into nap time and sometimes nap time doesn’t happen so my workout didn’t… I took a chance on burn during their open house last summer. The community was so welcoming and workout was tough!! I met the childwatch team and felt comfortable bringing my son and joining the 30 day trial. I joined after the 30 days because I was so impressed with the trainers, burn ambassadors, and child watch team. I love walking in and feeling welcomed then being able to workout next to other like minded mothers and families without having to plan a workout for myself. Yes, the workouts are tough but the community supports ya every step of the journey! I no longer have to hustle my workout into nap time or even plan! I just walk in, sign my kid in, and workout! Burn Evans is a special place and I am so thankful to be a member here!!
