They always put the children first, creating a loving, safe space where families can feel confident their little ones are thriving. The teachers are exceptional. They go above and beyond in everything they do, ensuring the quality of the program far exceeds expectations. You’ll never find teachers more caring and loving than at Bunny Village. They work hard every single day to meet the unique needs of each child.
We had a very terrible experience with bunny village. My sister was bitten multiple times by a child. Not only did it happen more than one occasion, but was also neglected to be mention by staff. Giving a chance it wouldn’t happen again, but it never ended. My mom suggested she would start looking for another daycare, due to my sister’s safety. Instead, they suggested that we “part ways.” Not only was she pushed out of daycare. The other child who continued his actions was able to stay. Needs better staffing when it comes to communication, supervision, and safety. Which all lacked when it came to my sister attending this daycare.
My husband and I decided to send our twins to Bunny Village after two of our friends had their kids go through the program from infant to Pre-K. Bunny Village has always proved to take the up-most care of our twins. The facility has always been very clean, bright colors throughout and well organized. All of the teachers know the names of our kids and have always been very friendly. Melissa and her staff are very professional and are well trained in emergency situations. Last month my 18 month old daughter suffered a febrile seizure during the late afternoon. Miss Emily and the teachers in the toddler room took the necessary steps in providing emergency care to her. We were contacted right away, we knew all of the details, and the police, ambulance and fire all had my daughters information right away. Everyone reacted very quickly and the response time was flawless. My husband and I couldn't have thanked them and the emergency providers enough. Miss Emily traveled in the ambulance with my daughter and was there upon our arrival at Yale New Haven Hospital. If anyone is searching for child care, this is the place to bring them! We are very happy with the level of care and the experience our children are receiving.
My daughter has truly blossomed thanks to the staff at this school both verbally and with her manners. I love that the staff provides daily reports as well as sends pictures. I truly can't express how grateful I am for this school and how amazing the people are here. She is engaged in projects she can actually utilize and is constantly learning something new.
