My daughter and I were stranded on Hwy I-16 on Tuesday evening around 9:30 pm. We experience a tire blow out while traveling home. We called USAA and they dispatched a technician stating they would arrive soon. They never showed. We called the police and they dispatched Corporal Garrett Coltham. He was very professional and courteous. He changed the tire and gave us a lesson as to how it was done. We arrived safely in Bulloch County on the spare tire escorted by Corporal Garrett to a tire center. He made sure the entire time that we were safe. That was very comforting. Corporal Garrett Coltham is an exemplary officer and is an asset to your community.
