My goal is to get fit, more flexible and in better condition. Bulldog Gym is fulfilling each of these. The Silver Sneaker Yoga is fantastic I attend 2X per week. The Staff is so helpful with any request for teaching or answering workout suggestions. Love my Gym. Bulldog Gym

I started my own fitness journey right here—and I couldn’t have picked a better place. The facility is spotless, fully equipped with tons of free weights, plenty of racks, and every top-notch machine and gadget you could want. Whether you’re into yoga, spin, total body, or need a little Zumba to kickstart your journey, they’ve got a class for every vibe and every level. If you prefer a more personal touch, they also offer multiple trainers who deliver that one-on-one experience that truly makes a difference. I know firsthand because I started here with one of their personal trainers. I wanted to feel confident in my form and learn how to build a program that actually worked for me. My trainer elevated my confidence so much that I decided to become a trainer myself. After passing my exam, I knew exactly where I wanted to be. I’m beyond blessed to train in a place that feels just as much like home as my own. The members and staff inspire me daily, and it’s an honor to give back to the community that poured so much into me. The personal trainers go above and beyond to create programs that fit your goals and abilities. We love Bulldog Gym! It’s a great small town gym with all the same, if not better, equipment you would find in a commercial gym. The new updates to the gym make it feel bigger and gives ample room for stretching or doing your own workout. The owners and staff make sure to greet you with a smile and make you feel right at home.

Friendly staff… great variety of different equipment, sauna, tanning, open space when not being used by yoga, Zumba, and other programs they offer. Different healthy foods and snacks and drinks. Beginner friendly! Overall I’m new there but I have no plans on going anywhere. Locked in, I love this gym.
