I would take my toddler on and off here whenever needed since she was 6 months. Never had any issues until recently. First it was that she was getting her hair pulled repeatedly by the same girl. When I brought it to their attention I said that I didn’t want them reprimanding her if she decided to defend herself they just shrugged it off. Then I heard from my toddler that she went to the restroom and while she was in there the door was opened by a little boy and that everyone saw her with her pants down. I finally changed daycares when they forgot to pick up my toddler from school summer program twice in the same week.my toddler was at school an hour after program had ended before she was picked up. I was only made aware because school called me, not the daycare. I understand that things come up or something causes delays but if you become aware that you’re not going to make it or are running late let me know so I can see if someone else can pick her up. When I went to go pick up my child’s things from daycare I let the teacher who handed me her things know that she wouldn’t be going back and she seemed more hurt and sad than the director did. 30 minutes later this teacher called me to explain what happened and apologized for everything, I never received an explanation or even a call from director, who is the one who is in charge of child pick up

I had my twin boys there for over a year and they hated it, they went here at least 3 days a week after school and the teachers always had something new to say and my kids would say they were treating bad. Once a teacher pulled my son’s shirt and it ripped and they showed me camera footage and was altered. Until this day they tell me how bad they made them feel. Talk to your kids and ask them stuff everyday

Mis hijas les encanto asistir a este daycare, siempre fueron atendidas con mucho cariño, les estare eternamente agradecidas, siempre dando el 1000 en su su trabajo, super profesionales y pacientes con los nin@s. Nunca me toco ver a ningun bebe mal atendido o que lo dejaran llorando. Muchisimas Gracias
