Used to love this facility but since the start of Covid the quality of care has continued to decrease. It finally got to the point that we were more stressed out sending our kids to daycare & dealing with the oldest sobbing & begging us not to take them daily. The staff would not do anything besides try to separate my child from another problem child who would tell him to do bad things but then only my child would get in trouble. My child also periodically came home with bruises they said they got from other students but no incident reports were made as well as staff noticing their behaviors before having an accident and just letting them have an accident instead of asking them to use the potty. There is high turnover and it’s to the point most rooms have been closed due to lack of staff & kids.
This daycare is horrendous. The staffing is always short, it’s family run. The two main managers in the front don’t care about your concerns or your kid. If you bring up a concern they dismiss it and act like you’re the issue. The staff will sit back and watch your kid cry for great lengths of time, you’ll often pick your kid up crying with no reason as to why. Their playground is infested with ticks (literally) I picked one off my daughters dress as she was leaving the playground, and they dismissed that and said it was totally normal… we just check for ticks. Ummmm Lyme disease is a deadly auto immune condition? Anyone? The last straw was them placing my daughter on an excavator with the owner of the building mr. 440 pound construction worker man—- with my daughter between his legs and zero safety equipment on. Nobody asked me if I wanted her on the machine, nobody cared I was concerned, and nobody found it odd this man isolated my child in a tiny space between his legs!!!! How dare they!!!!!!!!!!!! I routinely visit the center and see multiple children screaming in the front, they don’t try to resolve why their crying they just let them have an extreme melt down away from everyone else and go about their day like everything’s fine. The daycare itself is such a waste of time, it’s such poor customer service, do your children a favor and stay away. Very very far away.
My son has been going here for a year now. They have done amazing with him, and he now looks forward to "school" at 18 months old . We where hesitant to start anywhere being our first child and infant but those fears quickly resided. He loves his teachers and they love him, thanks guys
My oldest Scarlet went in 2014 when she was one and now my youngest just started and she’s two! Great staff and love the app that shows me her day!
Love this place you all are great people. I always felt at ease knowing my son is always taken care of. Great staff. We will miss you guy's. We will visit soon and will be back love you all! Xoxo
