Our experience is with psychotherapy only. The therapists were always kind, prepared and communicative (they are no longer there 🤔). Our issues stemmed from administrative staff; in particular billing and patient portal management. Those departments seem to be poorly managed with a high turnover rate. There was always somebody new to deal with in these departments. I was frustrated by the long delays in processing claims for our children’s services. Their answer was to “always pay the copay the same day.” That brings me to the patient portal issue. The portal would not work and it would kick me out and not allow me to pay it. Then when the off chance it works, I’d pay it off (to zero balance) and then I’d get another invoice notice with another large balance for old claims. Even my husband was wondering what the heck was going on. You see, he works outside the home, while I stay at home and manage the household (which is a full time job in itself). It was very complicated to keep track of claims that were coming in for very old dates and then new dates. It was very unorganized and not done very professionally. So when I just kept paying and paying it off each time the portal would actually work, I finally wondered if I was actually ever going to come to an end to satisfy the invoices. So I stopped paying and nothing more has come through. 🤔 Makes one wonder right? When I asked for actual clarification for the charges in writing in the USPS, I received another invoice with no explanation. I asked that our children could restart services, because we already waited on the waitlist and “did our time” for over a year. It’s like Janice Pagano didn’t even know we were previous clients and wanted to put us on an “extensive waitlist.” I think she was stunned that I knew their own policy, idk. And then, get this, she had another person Nicole, another new person, send me a response instead of getting back to me herself. Nicole said because I have a “balance” — even though it’s only $50, I (my children) would not be welcomed back. I still think the invoices would have kept coming. If you’ve read this long…… I don’t think it’s very fair or a very good business practice for a business to deal with clients in the way BB administration did. I think one needs to be transparent when it comes to clients and claims. In the off chance that BB responds here, I’d like a list of all the dates that both of my children actually attended and services were rendered, with what I’ve actually paid. I will then go through the claims on the insurance end and compare what is actually there. Thank you.

Best decision I’ve made. Just 5 weeks in on the 8 week summer program and my 3 year old is talking so much more clear! I can’t say enough about this place as they have made so much progress with my son so fast. My son is so comfortable with Ms. Cassandra he actually kicks me out to be with her which is rare for him. I can only speak for their speech program but that definitely gets 5 stars!

This place has been a godsend for my family. Our son had gotten diagnosed to be on the autism spectrum at the age of 2. After almost 2 years of having my son (who is now 4) have ABA and speech therapy weekly, he has made LEAPS AND BOUNDS. He is rocking through almost all his goals and the staff are absolutely amazing with him even on the days where he doesn’t want to do anything. His BCBA is always in touch even though I’m sure she has many kids she is in charge of. She makes sure she updates us on anything and is always there if I have a questions. Even with my son’s family, I don’t think he would be where he is today without this facility. THANK YOU!

We have been going to building bridges since my son was 2 1/2. He is now almost 7. The amount of growth and progress he has made has been astronomical. I carry over at home what they do in therapy and he is thriving. We have had the same OT since we started and she is amazing. Our speech we have had almost 3 years she is wonderful as well. For the most part we have always had a really great Aba team. The times we didn’t it was fixed, and it was no fault of the therapists, just a personality conflict with my son, Amazing place they have really changed my sons life and helped us to shape an amazing future for him.

We brought my daughter to Dr. Lundblad for an evaluation as we suspected she had ADHD. Dr Lundblad sat down with my husband and I to gather information. She also traveled to my daughters daycare to observe her. She then did 2 days of testing to make sure she covered all her bases. I am incredibly thankful for Dr. Lundblad for taking so much time to evaluate and understand my daughter. It has allowed me to seek the additional services she needs. She is thriving and I feel like I can actually communicate with my daughter on a level she understands which has lead to a happier home and family life. She is off to Pre-K in a couple weeks with the assistance she needs and it’s all thanks to Dr. Lundblad. Additionally, while I was at this facility in the waiting room I noticed the additional staffs interaction with those who were on the spectrum. I also have a son on the spectrum and I am always looking to see how someone interacts. They talked to these children and adults in the manner that I would want to be spoken too, they all seemed very happy to be there as well. All the children that I encountered were at least minimally interactive and smiled. If I was not located so far away I would enroll my son in a heartbeat to this location.
