It was our first time putting our 15month old (now 2 year old) in daycare and I was so nervous! But I’m SO glad I chose children’s courtyard for his first! We are military so we move around a lot but this daycare felt like right at home. I had to start work a week after I had my son enrolled and he was the last to be chosen due to space! Talk about luck! Ms. Marsha made the transition very smooth as well as his teachers LaNyiah and Serena! They are the best, also shout out to Serenity, she is our son’s teacher now and she is just so sweet and patient! Our son loves her! The girls are so respectful and professional and always let me know how our son’s day went. The daycare is very on top of whenever our son gets hurt or anything serious, they always give us a call the moment it happens. We are just very blessed to have them be our son’s second home.
I chose this center for my daughter because of the live cameras. However, I removed my daughter because she was bit by another child and it was not communicated with me until I asked about due to my daughter telling me. The school has a handbook which states the school will notify you with an incident report. However when I asked the teacher, she said she forgot, which is unacceptable. I still didn’t receive an incident report until I asked for it. The director was open to listening to my concern but there seem to be no reassurance by the teacher that this wouldn’t happen again.
Great staff, really take care of my kids and always keeping us updated of all activities and learning new things. Lesson plans always ready a week ahead of time .
I was so afraid of leaving my little one in the care of others. However, Ms. Marsha the director of the center made the transition for my family very easy! The center has an app where you can get updates on your child and access to their classroom. I love their policies and how they refer to their classmates as friends. All the teachers love their students as their own babies and if there are any concerns the director is on it. Our family loves Ms. Marsha and all of my sons teachers! ❤️
We have loved this place for the last two years, overall very positive experience all of the teachers truly seem to care about my daughter and Ms. Marsha has been very available and accommodating when working with us on adaptive devices, therapies, and moving up classrooms. Thank you ladies for the wonderful care you have taken of our daughter, especially Ms. Patrice, Ms. Theresa, Ms. Beverly, Ms. Chyna, Ms. LaNya and I'm sure I missed someone else. We will miss this place!
