The exams were thorough and results immediate. However, the receptionist was curt. The front desk is the face of the business and a few reminders on the importance of basic courtesy would be helpful.
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. During my visit, they used a machine to test my ear, but the procedure did not seem to be done correctly. Shortly after the test, I started experiencing unusual noises in my ear that I did not have before the appointment. I brought up my concerns, but I did not feel they were taken seriously or properly addressed. As a patient, I expect careful handling and clear explanations, especially when it comes to something as sensitive as hearing. This experience has left me worried and uncomfortable. Because of what happened, I would strongly recommend that others be cautious and ask detailed questions before agreeing to any ear-related testing here.
Went here to this location and a very traumatic experience from the doctor and hearing apecialist... although the nurse was very nice and good.. But I went here because my ears had pressure, and they immediately put a machine in there to test the pressure a in the ear which should not have been done cause Icould have damaged r ear and I told them this and one of them apologized, this is a very bad thing to do. I think they just want to bill insurance for jobs they do whem not necessary for patients
No waiting time, I was taken care of immediately. The Dr. was professional and explained in detail what she was going to do. Her assistant was very pleasant. It was a positive experience for me.
I’ve had nothing short of bad experiences with a handful of ENT’s in the past leaving me wary with any new practice I go to; however, I’m incredibly glad I stumbled across this office. I’m newer to the area, so I was simply searching for an office that could take me quick rather than the 10+ day wait for other offices due to the nature of my issue. I was able to request an appointment online and hear back as to whether it would be confirmed in a timely manner. Janice Chen and her team got me in and out of the office efficiently all while ensuring that they hit all of the stops to assess the potential causes to my hearing loss and congestion in one ear, as well as tackle a treatment plan. I can’t recommend this office enough.
