Despite staffing challenges, Building Blocks has the best people. They're responsive and love their babies. I appreciate that formula is included in the infant room. My daughter has been there for 6 months now and overall, I have had a great experience and so does she. She squeals when we pull in and LOVES her room friends. I particularly appreciate Katie's attention to detail. When I come in she gives me a full run down of how my babe has been all day without me prompting. There are always nuanced comments she makes that makes me feel like my daughter is being really known well and played with. They know what is normal for her moods and what isn't. Katie's always happy and calm. She has been a main part of my daughter's favorite line up!
Staff is friendly and shows excellent care and attention to the kiddos. They do not show favoritism and they truly listen to the needs, concerns, desires, and general feedback from the parents. They are right off K-10 so it's convenient for drop-off and pick-up coming to and from KC. We love BB!
