This is a great place for kids. It’s safe and clean. Teachers are friendly and polite with kids. My kids have been there for several years and I never complain for anything, I’m the one who always appreciate their work and commitment they project. When I I’m running late to pick up my boy and I arrive, everybody is very nice, they understand. The ladies from desk and amazing and always accesible to answer and help you. The kitchen lady is wonderful, always providing nice food to kiddos with a smile. This is a great place for kids to be! Don’t hesitate to register your kids here🫶🏼
Our family has decided to leave building blocks academy due to negligence. My child is 3 and was assaulted three times in three days. When the teachers were asked about scratches multiple times we were told no one knew what could have happened. After the third time our daughter was assaulted, we finally learned the truth that a child had been scratching for about a week. We felt lied to and filed a police report. The director never called our family to discuss this matter after she assured us the children would be separated in person that same day. We sent an email ending our business with BBA last night and no response at all today. This is horribly disturbing as we and our children have been nothing but kind. BBA also does not have cameras, they do not provide food or activity logs. The tuition can be paid in an app but charges a processing fee. They allow screen time. I expressed that the shows displayed are overstimulating and when I went back the next day the same show was playing, so I asked that my child be moved to the next class up as her birthday had just passed. I loved her early to avoid overstimulation and she was met with assault, I regret signing my children up for BBA.
It's a wonderful and trustworthy place to leave your kids. Teachers, admin are super helpful. I as a parent would like rate 5 star to 3 special ladies here Ms Mall, Ms Maddie, and Ms Jackie. We are grateful for the whole team who is helping my child to grow and learn.
I just unenrolled my daughter from here ONLY because she started big girl school! But this place BLEW my expectations away! Ms.Jackie was her teacher and they were attached at the hip. Even after we have left she checks up on my daughter and how her first day was! I couldn't have been more blessed with the best place for my daughter to get ready for big girl school! Do not hesitate your kids will be in great hands! Thank you guys so much!
