Building Blocks Academy

I called a week and a half ago, almost 2 weeks ago to inquiry about school age availability. I was told they were accepting children, so I made my way to fill out the applications. I was met by one of the administrators who said she was “new”. Filled out the paperwork, had a tour of the building, introduced to the teachers that were present that day and was told I should be receiving a call soon. I left my name and the children’s ages TWICE.(Over the phone before coming in, then once again before leaving the building). Never received a call back, called again, someone took my name and info again. Still nothing. Now I go in a few days ago, and they tell me it was a “misunderstanding” and they’re not accepting school age children. They took my name down once again FRIDAY 5/31. Today is Monday June 3rd! Still no phone call at all! How can several separate people misunderstand whether school age children are being accepted? How can I be given a tour of a facility that isn’t even accepting the age group that I need and MADE CLEAR that is what I had. We even discussed transportation and at no point did any of the first three people I spoke to state that school age was not being accepted.

This daycare was horrible the teachers were unprofessional lack of communication with each other, I walked in the school and heard yelling the teacher was yelling at the children. The manager or the one running the daycare just let the staff do what they wanted everyone was on their phones just horrible

My kids have been here a little over a year & they have learned so much. They are actually happy to go to daycare everyday, the teachers are great.

They can’t even get Star very unprofessional they didn’t do field trips just ghetto glad they close down

I love this daycare... The teachers are great and they are very active with the kids...
