SCHOOL PROGRAM I have only AMAZING things to say about this program. My child has been going here for two years and our experience has been exceptional! Each and every teacher love your child and have the best interest in their growth, learning, and development. The program director is amazing and communicates with everyone to ensure each parent knows what is going on at the school, at the church for after school activities, and with additional fun after school programs. Thank you for being wonderful! We will miss this AMAZING place when our child moves on to Kindergarten, but feel they have prepared her for the next phase of schooling! I cannot thank you enough for pouring love and learning into our child!
My son goes to school here. I only have great things to say. Faith-based background, respect for the country/community, and they run a tight ship. No nonsense going on around which is very difficult these days. I appreciate what these teachers do there for our kids. Lord knows how hard it is to deal with kids who have zero discipline, including the parents themselves with zero accountability and quick to blame the school before looking in the mirror. Very thankful for the staff. ❤️🇺🇸
It's a wonderful old country church. very kind & inviting people.
SCHOOL PROGRAM If I could give zero stars I would. I had heard so many beautiful things about this place… I decided to send my son here for his first year of PRE K (first year of school overall) and was I disappointed. My son barely being 4 years old was critiqued for his way of being, and not even within a month of him attending this “school” I was called for multiple meetings regarding his behavior. He comes from a bilingual house hold therefor his English was not the best, it was his first year being around strangers and being around kids his age, as well as having a new sibling after 4 years of being an only child, so you could say it was the start of a big adjustment for him (even the teacher agreed) and the “head” of the school gave him a time limit to adjust, however during that time they went out of their way to get a specialist to monitor my son during a visit without me knowing, and was only told after the visit was made. With that being said if your child can’t conform in the way they like, they will likely try to make you feel like there’s something wrong with your child. I had my 4 year old tell me he didn’t want to go to school multiple times, and as a parent wanting the best for their child that really broke my heart. They would say that my son would touch other kids yet once sent a picture through their brightwheel app where another kid had his hands on my son and I didn’t complain because I understand KIDS PLAY they TOUCH with NO malice. For a child who loves learning as much as mine does it really sucked that they made him feel like he was in the wrong, or just something wrong with him in general. And when I picked up my son after being fed up with their discrimination, Leandre Majerus (head of school) was so “surprised” to see my hostility toward her after insinuating that I should reach out to a special education program within the first 3 weeks of school; and proceeded to talk about the situation to other teachers as I was walking away from her with my son. For being a Church school they really are special, I would honestly recommend any other place but this one, because for the monthly $250 tuition that is paid to them for the teachers they didn’t have patience with my son, and it sucks because he really liked one of his teachers (Ms. April).
Good Structure. Balanced effort. Team work. I would describe this church as all of these. I am happy that I am able to take my wife and 3 kids here. We are looking forward to many good years here.
