Mikael is my daughter’s teacher and she’s absolutely amazing! My baby is 8 months old and she adores her. She very intentional when it comes to the babies. She truly shows up for our children everyday. I’m so thankful for her.
While my daughter was there under the previous directors care it was a great experience. However after receiving a text from the owners informing the parents that over the weekend there has been a change in directors I no longer will be sending my child there. It takes time and love to build a bond with children and to take somebody who has been a constant in the center for over 1.5 years makes me feel like my child was never the priority of the owners. The lack of communication about a decision that big with the parents shows a lack of respect all around. As a single mom myself I know that the owner's decision has probably put many others in a situation that they don't have the option to pull their child from the school.
My kiddo has been here for about a year now and loves it! They always greet us as they open the door for us each morning. My kid LOVES the teachers! Greets them with the biggest hug! They use an app that keeps us connected to our baby and what they are up to throughout the day. When they can they even post pictures, which is always my fave! Anytime we have had scheduling issues Teresa has worked with us to make things easier. Whenever there have been any issues such as biting, scratching, falling, or any other accident, we are always notified and it’s documented. Will definitely be putting our future kiddos here and always recommend to our friends!
Switch my son from La Petite, and he and I are both WAY happier now. Facility is clean, organized, secure and safe for the kids. My 4 year old always comes home happy after a day at FCTB
Reading the other comments about how bad this daycare is I was shocked. My grandson goes here and we have not had any sort of issues with any of the staff. My Grandson loves it there. Always has a smile on his face when I pick him up and waking goodbye to all the teachers going down the hall. As far as the staff goes, all the ones that I have come in contact with have been so sweet and you can see how much they care about the kids. My Grandson has gotten bite twice and each time they would send a message letting us know what happen and that there will be a incident report sheet for us to sign. So they do communicate with the parents/grandparents about what is going on. I love the app that they have that lets you know what your child is doing throughout the day. Which is nice. They also will send you pictures of them.
