Browncroft Day Care Center, LLC

This facility and the staff has changed so much over such a short period of time. My kids have been going here for about 2 years . With in months the entire facility has flipped staffing. The playground has been ripped out. The children have been told what is left of the play ground ( money bars and an only slide ) they are not aloud to use for safety reasons < they will be ripping this out too> the toddler playhouse in the back is completely unsafe. Exposed wires everywhere. My kids caught LICE from the exposed material couch that's been there for years. NONE OF THE STAFF SAID ANYTHING EVEN THOUGH THEY KNEW . the late fees and charges have gone through the roof and all the staff seem to only ever care about getting paid instead of the safety of my kids. Especially when the bus is late due to weather and the daycare is closed 530 > bus will call and say running late from school 45min due to snow ❄️. I will call and someone will say can't you pick them up. IN A PERFECT WORLD YES. every parent has there own things....this daycare is not somewhere you want to send your kids in my opinion. Unless you want to get scammed out of your money and have to worry about your kids safety while your at work. I should mention if you have state funding they make you pay out of pocket anyway. 🤔

Best childcare ever! My family and I cannot express how grateful and satisfied we are with our child care decision. As first time parents we always worried about child care and we cannot be happier with our decision to enroll our daughter here. The staff are truly amazing and we love the updates we get and the pictures brighten up our day. It is a great feeling knowing your baby is getting amazing care throughout the day. Care-a-lot Browncroft has been a great neighborhood location for us to send our daughter to daycare. Her teachers have been kind and caring, and the inclusion of small things like meals and wipes has been a huge time saver in preparing for each day. We also love the themed spirit weeks, monthly newsletters, special activity days, picture days, and parent events to stay engaged with our child's development. A small note, if you are looking for daily video feed or pictures of your child in the classroom, Care-A-Lot doesn't provide this routinely. However, I have enjoyed the periodic photos of our daughter in the Kangaroo time app, the artwork she comes home with, and the communication with her teachers. We know that she is taken care of and given lots of opportunity for play, hugs, and learning by her happiness each day she's at daycare.

Dad and I are very pleased with how the infant house is currently running. We like the staff. They are very attentive to the babies and follow safe sleep guidelines. Our daughter loves the ladies who work here.

Ms. Aida & Ms. Nena are amazing teachers! Our son has done really well with these teachers leading the Red Room & they do lots of fun activities. We love seeing all the kids projects hung around the room & in the hallways. Very kind, caring environment!
