What Parents Say
Brother Bear I receives mostly positive reviews praising staff warmth, care quality, and child development, with parents reporting multi-year loyalty. However, some parents report communication difficulties, inconsistent cleanliness between rooms, and concerns about management favoritism and interpersonal conflicts.
I have been taking my son to this child care facility for the past three years now, and I cannot say enough how appreciative I am to all of the ladies that work there. They take excellent care of my son, and he loves this facility, the other kids, and the ladies that work here. I have moved a few times, and there are other childcare centers that are closer to my house or to my work, but I have kept taking him to the center because I know I can trust the ladies that work here and he has made good friends here. I love this center and I appreciate all the ladies here.
Horrible place, My kids went there and learned some from certain teachers. Some rooms got cleaned other didn't. The assistant director was not so nice at all. Was not treated well by lots of people there. Had problems with a parent of a child there. I would not recommend them for a child care center to take your children. The owner of both center is friends with some of her employees and will take their side on everything. So she is no help for you at all.
When you first pull up the building looks abandoned... they can't even put new drapes in the windows. The staff is really nice until your kids are enrolled then they're rude. They call you to pick your kids up over every little thing. There are always mutiple kids crying in each room and the adults working there ignore them and do nothing to comfort them. Horrible place. I ignored all of the negative reviews because it was the only location accepting my child's age group but I should have been patient for another facility. The only positive was an older lady in the infant room who was there in the morning. Take my advice and DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!!
Been taking my kids there for a few years now. All the staff is really nice and take great care if my kids. Went to patent teacher conference and was shocked how much my for year old had learned in a year. Mr. Rocky is a great teacher and my daughter thinks he is great.
My son was one of the last children in the infants room and as I was working in Toddlers I was wondering why my son had been crying for a good 5 mins and when I was released of my shift I had walked into infantry to get him and the room had such a strong smell of bleach I was very upset! They do not properly dry there toys after bleaching so when the kids wake from there nap they are drinking left over concentrated bleach water from inside the toys. Not to mention my son did get very sick and every kid there is sick I would defiantly not recommend this daycare for any child. It's unsanitary and horrible!
