Broken Bow I Head Start

I do not recommend this daycare. They are not dependable...close down for being short staffed. One day I went to pick my baby up and the daycare worker didn't hear me come in (they don't keep the front door locked so just anyone can come in) and she was hollering at my baby telling him no...when I peeked around the corner he wasn't doing anything. A couple of days later I went to pick him up...they was outside...he was by his self by door and had a mouth full of rocks! The last day I went to get him they was outside and my baby was by the gate which was unlocked by his self...nobody watching him...trying to open the gate. When I told the director all she said was "thanks for telling me"! Also will send your kid home for any little thing and not let them return without a Dr's release.

If you have the ability definitely put your kids somewhere else! There always closed don’t take care of there staff and can’t keeps staff. And currently they have a staff member that constantly yells at the kids and can hardly take care of them.
