Britton Nursery School

I brought my son here and we had alot of problems and issues with Gayle and a few staff members. I was a True paying parent and my son would come home with poop on his bottom to point of bleeding. He was a hard transitioner as he was only put in this daycare after he was 1 yrs old. We were told that his behavior was a problem....not knowing that they would let my son do whatever he wanted just to avoid his tantrums. Gayle even went so far as to send videos of his tantrums with nothing from her being said. Just recording him without conversation or attempts to dissuade this behavior at daycare. Just her later blaming our home life and even telling my husband to spank him at home so he would behave better at daycare. He caught hand foot and mouth after Gayle didn't inform parents that she had an out break until my child and a few others got sick, but she diagnosed him when he only had 2 bumps on his face that I originally thought was bug bites. My son was a tantrum thrower absolutely but at no time was there any meetings about what they did or are doing to stop his behavior there just her saying she is worried he will hurt the other kids...like I get my son is bigger then most in his age group but they still never performed the basics of attempting to stop the behavior that he exhibits at daycare only. Now Gayle has told us to leave as they can't handle his disruptive behavior anymore. So in conclusion I would not recommend this daycare. Gayle is grossly unprofessional and unwilling to be a good teacher for the kids or her new staff with no prior experience in a daycare setting.

We have loved our experience at Britton nursery School!!! Gayle and her staff loved our daughter like she was their own, and she in turn loved every single second she spent there. We had to move to Yukon and can't bring her up to this side of town anymore and are heartbroken because we love BNS so much!
