Brilliant Beginnings Child Care Center

This is a very caring and family centered daycare. The center is very clean and all of my children are well taken care of. I get daily reports of my infant activities everyday, my children in the after school program receive help with their homework as well as a variety of other activities such arts and crafts. They also the only center in my area willing to work with my autistic son. I'm very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend them...

The best childcare center hands down!!! My child attended for about 3years before we moved, everyone was so loving and accepted us with open arms. It was like one big family I still keep in contact with the workers today. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!

most definitely would not recommend this daycare. they’re unreliable, unprofessional, small, and so on… i’ve had multiple bad experiences here. First was nothing the director is never there to talk to or get in contact with to discuss the issues i was having or my concerns. i think she was there maybe once a week, if that. Next my kids always came home with mysterious bruising, bite marks, red marks, you name it. and when id mention it, no one ever knew what happen. which brings me to my next issue the fact that none of these teachers have proper eyes on these children. every single teacher is always socializing with one another, or on the phone every time i’d walk in to get my kids. without fail. the only teacher i’ve ever seen actually socializing and taking care of the kids is Ms. Nilda other than that everyone else is socializing and not taken care of their assigned rooms. it doesn’t help that almost everyone in this daycare if related. the teachers children go here, the directors daughter, i mean the wholw family tree. which makes it very hard to discuss any problems because no one’s child is ever wrong here. and the kids know it too. Lastly when my school aged kid was coming during the time when schools were still shut the daycare announced they’d be still taking school aged kids and helping them with their school… welp that was a lie to say the least. they never helped my kid. everyday her school was incomplete without fail. it was a miracle if she turned in even one assignment. so here we are at 6:00 pm just now doing assignments. and they supposedly supposed to open at 7:00am so when i arrived at 7:05 because i start work at 7:30 and every morning at 7:05 when i try to drop them off the teacher is either 1. just opening the door with a line of parents ready to drop off behind her or 2. not there with again a line of parents waiting for her because ya know they open at 7:00am and technically are supposed to be there at 6:30 to wipe down and get ready for the kids. these were just the ones i remembered the most, so much more. yea, def just do not recommend.

my nieces and nephew go here. They are 11,3, and 1 1/2 yrs old, my nephew is 1 1/2 year old and he kept coming home with bite marks on more than one occasion and this went on for at least 4 months and these were not your ordinary bite marks these marks left teeth marks for days and bruised immediately, my sister addressed it every time and was always given an excuse like she was wrong for being upset. It was almost as the employees were not paying attention, they would leave him sit in the high chair or crib all day due to him being " too much" to handle, everytime I pick them up (which is at least 2 times a week) my 1 year old nephew is sticky and running around with suckers in his mouth, not to mention looks like he ate and they did not want to wipe him down and clean him up so they let him play with food all over his face and hands and in his hair, with dirt rings in the crease of his neck and stained up brand new clothes. They are unreliable , unprofessional, and very dirty and small. They close for days after the holidays or leave early the days leading up to the holiday without advanced notice. On many occasions my niece has called her mother or myself because she was told by staff to contact her mother because they did not want to and she is 11. She is told by the staff to watch her 3 year old sister and to clean her up if she has an accident. That is just the tip of the iceberg and to top that off today was told she could not leave her kids with them and go to work because they had no staff because everyone had called off. This daycare is a joke and if you want someone to trust and rely on and also maintain a level of professionalism that makes parents comfortable leaving their children this most definitely is NOT the daycare to meet those standards.

the daycare is very ghetto. all of the kids are always screaming and I heard one of the teachers tell a child to "shut up" The owner Ms. Unique is never there to discuss anything and there is a rude older woman answering the doors later in the evening. no communication.
