I had the pleasure of speaking with Director Ms. Desiree, and I can’t express enough how incredibly helpful and kind she was. I shared some of the challenges I was facing in enrolling my child at the daycare, and she not only listened with genuine care but also provided resources and support that truly made a difference. She even took the time to personally call me when my child’s enrollment was approved. That level of care and attention meant so much to me. From the moment we stepped in, I felt welcomed, and my child was warmly embraced by the entire team. The teachers have been just as amazing—very helpful, patient, and responsive to all my questions. It’s a wonderful environment, and I’m grateful for how supported we’ve felt throughout this process.

THIS DAYCARE IS THE REAL DEAL. So when I got at first I was nervous, but the staff was always accommodating and attentive, even when I was being extra they never made me feel like I was being extra. My biggest 5star experience was that they helped me with coping with potty training my 3 yr old in only 2 WEEKS!!!! My 3 yr old is so much more independent and not co dependent because of thier methods . Miss Desiree always made herself available and made it clear that her goal and staff’s goal is do what is best for the families to have a good experience. She is firm but compassionate, and STANDS by the state requirements for those kids . I honestly am impressed with the Northern Lights location and culture.

DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!!! They Do Not Care For The Kids At All They Only Care About The Money!! The Director Does Not Care About The Kids, Her Staff, A Clean Safe Healthy Environment, Only The Money!! Be Aware Of How Your Child Is Treated!! When It Comes To Questions And Concerns About Your Child The Director Doesn’t Care For Anything Or Know Anything!!

Where do I start off at. I initially called this center and talked with the director Desiree, asked questions pertaining to care of my child. toured and all. took time out of my day to go back to this center and put in change request form in so that my child could attend. She assures me once I put change of request my child will be able to attend, had full blown convo about needs of my child asked about the partnership with on target because my daughter needed therapy anyways and she said she wasn't sure she thought it was for the preschoolers and she would have to get back on that subject, which she never did,. Wasted my time coming there, she NEVER told me the process if you wanted your child to have therapy session while attending daycare. She was out sick for 2 days, so I talk with the enrollment specialist Courtney who supposedly sent the center a message and everyone acting like they contacted me, so I kept calling the director and Courtney. Courtney told me she can't give my child a start date it has to be director so after talking to the Director about child needs since I was trying kill two birds one stone and thought since she need therapy anyways it be best since they offer it to have it while she at daycare so I wouldn't have run all around. She told me she didn't know how it works and reaches out to On target and haven't heard anything back. Funny thing is I did the intake process with On target before ever knowing about this center so they already had my child info and I had no problem getting in contact with On target, so I don't know how true that was. They obviously know when you call because they don't return calls. Even had my daughter case manager try to get through to them and yet still they don't return calls. As a working parent who had to leave work to ensure my child can be somewhere i can depend on care until I'm able to get her when i get off. I highly wouldn't suggest this center. It unprofessional that you choose to ignore someone after answering alll types of calls when trying to enroll you child, take them out the daycare they attend thinking they are going to attend this center, and you choose to ignore them or even follow up to let them know the status on what's going on or why my child couldn't start. I put in change request 02/17 gave some time for JFS to put her in system its 03/19. A whole month later and once they didnt call me back. I got nothing but constant excuses on ooaa I'll have to call you back. Courtney and Desiree both kept telling me I had to contact one or the other about supposedly when she can start first Deisree told me i had call courtney cause they thought more than one kid pose to start when they change request HAD ONLY ONE KID so how you thought that. when the case manager called talk to Desiree, she is acting all confused like I didn't tell her about my child needs and failed to tell me about the process on how it works because obviously the website isn't accurate with correct information. Even though I decided after all this, this isn't the center for her. Hopefully this find the right person because if the website states how different and wonderful services is offered by this center, parents are expected just that. No communication No knowledge on services offered to parent obviously and the ignoring a parent after expecting them to attend this center after a change request and I'm being told since she need therapy services; she has to wait to get a start date BUT they failed to tell you the process because they don't know themselves. yea I wasted my time. upset because I work and the time, I was waiting on this center my child could have attended somewhere else. SO thanks for resting my darn time.
