5 stars to the staff, specifically Ms. Paula, Ms. Heather, Ms. Amari, Ms. Sarai, Ms. Mackenzie, Ms. Jayme, Ms. Caitlyn, even Mr. Jamel the janitor for always being kind and helpful, and the REST (my sincere apologies if I forgot your name, not intentional) who took their jobs seriously enough to make sure the kids felt loved, included, and cared for. 0 stars to the corporate portion of Brightside who only cares about money. The children and the safety of the children are NOT their highest priority (which is ironic because the kids are the main source of funding, you'd think they'd do whatever necessary to ensure nothing interfered with that, but anyway 🙄) I say this because they play favorites as to which centers they care about the most, and North Versailles seemed to be the least favorite. First of all, whose bright idea was it to purchase a portion of an apartment building and make it daycare? And not only that, it's along a dangerous busy highway of traffic (completely unfenced) where multiple accidents and deaths occured, meanwhile there are other spaces in the area available that they could have bought to ensure the safety of the children. They have zero handicap parking spaces, the backlot is beat up and is slippery 100% of the time in the winter, the only handicap accessable ramp is frozen over 100% of the time and they don't care to fix it, surprised they haven't been sued for that alone yet. Oh but wait, there's more..if you have multiple children, if their sibling attends there's a chance they may want 2 different forms of funding for just 1 child that doesn't even have special needs or anything extra. G R E E D Y. And I know those teachers and staff arent seeing ANY of that extra funding that you more than likely all put in your pockets and/or reserve for your favorites. Shame on you, Brightside Corporate. It's nearly impossible to reach you all, your own staff can't even reach you easily, but that's ok, I know you will see this 😉You know by the demographics of the area that there are families that have limited options regarding childcare, yet, this is how you treat the families of the children that essentially ARE your main source of funding. Poor way of doing business. Do better. One last shout out to the staff I mentioned that did right by the children out of the kindness of their hearts 🥰 you're doing Gods work, stay blessed.

Visited the center and found the staff friendly and the facility welcoming. My grandchildren attended and they very much enjoyed their time there. They made many memories and met some really great people through the center from the employees to the other children. Would highly recommend them for child care services.

When my son first started things were good and you could see effort in the staff working to provide good care and meet the needs of the children and families. Brightside administration is horrible to their teachers and staff and the turn over is extremely poor even though they advertise consistent caregivers. After a change in leadership...quality declined. I never knew who was taking care of my son and it was often new ppl who I was not introduced too. They claim to be curriculum based providing education and structure to the kids. This was not true after many of the good teachers and prior director left. Often times circle time did not occur and it became a dump where kids were running wild with no structure. Often times, I would drop my son off on a Monday and there was food on the tables and floors from the Friday before. The newer teachers and staff are poor and lack professional communication. After discussion of my concerns with the director I did not see any changes. I also contacted corporate and saw no changes. I withdrew my son from the academy. Brightside focuses on the dollar and the shareholders profit without paying much attention to quality.

Set up a tour to come see the facility. When we arrived we were told the director is on vacation and they were short staffed so no one was available to show the the facility. When both my wife and I took off work for this it is very disappointing. After telling us that there was no one to show it to us, the corporate office was blamed for the scheduling error. I suppose if even a tour scheduling is this mismanaged, I'm glad we didn't have our son go here.

Me and my ex-boyfriend‘s child went here whenever she was four and she loved it there and she especially loved one of the people there named Jamie ❤️( she’s ten)
