Brightside Academy Early Care & Education

The center is very clean and sanitized daily. The staff are very friendly and patient with both the parents and kids. My son is in the infant class and his teacher Ms Keisla is amazing. I had a really had time with the thought of sending my son to daycare since I didn't have to send my daughter yo daycare when she was young, but Ms. Keisla reassured me he is in good hands and keeps in touch with me throughout the day. She very respectful, energetic, fun and actually teach my son and tries new activities with him everyday. Ms. Keisla an amazing teacher and mother who understands me and my child's needs.

Mrs. Stefanny is my little one's teacher, he is happy in his class, he knows his tastes, everything, thanks for your support in my baby's progress, she informs me of everything, even his state of mind, if he gets hurt , all Thank you. to you for what you do for him, my son loves you very much, your love for them and for what you do for each one is evident ❤️🎀 I leave this review with thanks to the people of this place and I have recommended it because personally it has gone very well for me. I had my oldest son in 2019-2020 and he really enjoyed being there, he left happy, his teachers were very nice to him and today I have my 2 year old baby from 2022-2023 who, like my other son, has been a very nice experience. I thank each one of the people in this place, especially Mrs. Stefanny, my son adores her, her interest in him improving every day keeps me informed of my son's things, his progress and the concerns that she has and how we can work together know your tastes everything

Ms. Lex is amazing with my daughter Stephanie. She’s learned so much just in one week being back. It’s a good feeling to know my daughter is getting the proper care, attention, love, and learning while I’m working. I can’t thank Ms. Lex enough for her amazing care and education she provides to my daughter.

I Wanted to write this review to inform all parents to not send your children to this child care facility my child was in this facility from January 2021 to recently July 2021 while my child was in their care there has been three incidents I do not believe they are watching the kids appropriately because not only did my son fall and bust his head open he also was bitten by one of the kids which ultimately resulted being Diagnosed with hand, foot and mouth disease. When I called the child care to inform them, they acted as if they didn’t care. I really wish I would have transferred my son out of this facility sooner. They are unable to keep proper staffing and the children rooms doesn’t seem to get cleaned as my child has been sick Consistently every other week while attending. This is the Worse experience with child care I’ve dealt with in my life. Please keep your babies safe and do not allow them to attend this facility I wish there was a review like this one before I allowed my child to attend. I’m such ashamed I’ve put my child through this torture
