Brightside Academy Early Care & Education

I’m so happy that my child attends this Brightside. Every day when I come home, she excitedly tells me about her day, what she learned, and how much fun she had. I’ve watched her grow so much she’s been counting better and learning more ever since she started attending the Pre-K program here. The staff from the director to the teachers truly care about these children. Safety, education, and structure are the most important things I look for in a school, and this location has all of that because of the amazing people who run it every day. The current director, teachers, and staff have created a warm, safe, and supportive environment that my child loves. It’s their dedication that makes this Brightside feel like a second home. We truly need them to stay at this location to keep it the wonderful place it is. Thank you to the director and the dedicated teachers for everything you do. You make a real difference in our children’s lives.

I LOVE THIS DAYCARE, I HAVE 3 children that attend and the Director and the teachers always make sure that my children are very well taken care of and that their needs are met. The Director and the Teachers are very communicative I always know what’s going on inside the classroom even if I don’t come pick up my kids myself I’m always aware of my kids daily activities. The Staff also have helped provided me with more resources for my children and helping me find summer camps for my children. Please do not replace the team that you have at this daycare!!!

This place is so unprofessional, the adults literally sit there and talk about kids. I ask my child how was your day and all he remember is sitting all day until the end of the day. Very dirty and we try talking to the director and she never know what’s going on. Always seem lost. I hear she’s most of the day she’s in the office or on her phone. Some employees even say the director doesn’t even care to fix’s the issues mentioned by many parents. Terrible. Definitely removing my child from this toxic environment.

Ms. J and her staff are incredible. I’ve never felt so comfortable with leaving my child with anyone. Two days into my child being at this center she was coming home asking for Ms. J

Every time I ask my daughter how was her day and did she learn anything, she replies with "I sleep and play." She's 5 some I'm think that's all she really remembers from her day because it was the funnest part of her day. But every time I pick her up they're in the gym. I dropped her off kinda late, they're in the gym. I hate daycares that hire people and the people don't have real compassion for kids. They're just their for the paycheck. the teachers at rude towards the kids. My daughter hasn't said anything about being talked to in a mean way butn again, If it's not a fun event she doesn't really pay attention . I'm gonna find somewhere else for her to go.
