Brightside Academy Early Care And Education

I recently registered my daughters because we had a bad experience with another school, and I had to take them out. After what occurred in the other school my girls are traumatized about going to school. I want to say from the application process my experience with Brightside has been a breath of fresh air. They are so professional. From the moment you walk in the Staff are happy with a smile, they greet the kids with such a positive attitude. That really makes me know I made the correct decision. Thank you Ms. Kia and Ms. Denise and all the teachers for making my girls love school again.

This establishment has horrible customer service and the level of professionalism is extremely low. My son was enrolled in their daycare program and I would drop him off every morning religiously and most of the time they would turn me away at the door stating that they didn't have sufficient space for him. This would blow my mind because, my son was not attending this daycare for free... I was actually paying. The staff lacks coordination skills and the director is extremely unprofessional. The issue of my child being turn away due to them not having space was brought up to the director many times and the issue was never resolved. The last straw was when they decided to break down his class and forget to put my child in a classroom

My kids go here the teachers are great

I love the staff at 3rd and Westmoreland they're very nice and helpful they always ask questions and ask me about my day and if I need anything or have questions they're there

AL PRINCIPIO MI HIJA LLORABA PENSE Q ERA NORMAL Q ELLA ME EXTRAÑABA PERO ME DI DE CUENTA QUE NO, QUE ALGO ANDABA MAL UN DIA LLEGO A RECOGERLA A LAS 3:30PM Y MI HIJA ESTABA "CACA" DESDE POR LA MAÑANA Y AMI NADIE ME LLAMO NI NADA.NI LA CAMBIARON DESDE AHI LE EMPEZARON LOS NIÑOS A HACERLE BULLYING A LLAMARLES SOBRENOMBRES "STINKY" OTRO DIA ME LLEGO CON EL DEDO AGOLPEADO PQ SE LO PINCHARON EN LA PUERTA DEL BAÑO "UN ESTUDIANTE" LA MAESTRA TAMPOCO ME DIJO NADA.DIJE BASTA MI HIJA NO NECESITA ESTAR AQUI. QUE SE QUEDE CONMIGO. AHORA SE ACABO ESA PESADILLA. AMO A MI PRINCESA Y TODAVIA ME ENOJO AL RECORDAR SU CARA DE MIEDO CUANDO IVA A ESA ESCUELA..
