After waiting for more than a year, I finally got a spot at O2B for my son. I was really excited about it, but unfortunately, that excitement didn’t last long. I found the daycare to be quite unclean and unhygienic. On the very first day I dropped my son off, almost all the kids in his room had runny noses, and the teachers didn’t even bother to wipe them. The refrigerator in the room was dirty, and most of the toys looked like they were a hundred years old. Many of the small dolls had turned black and worn out over time. Considering how much this daycare charges, I expected them to replace the toys regularly. The room wasn’t well-lit and had a stale smell. Eventually, my son got sick — he suffered for three weeks with diarrhea, vomiting, and fever. I swear the smell from his poop and vomit was the same as the one I noticed in that daycare room. That’s when we decided to withdraw him from O2B. For the amount of money you charge, you can — and should — do much better.
Ms. Caitlyn has such an impact working at O2B! She creates a positive atmosphere for both her students and coworkers. She goes above and beyond for her students and families!
We have been so thrilled with the care our little one gets at O2B. Mrs. Shauna and Ms. Cheryl are some of the most loving and caring infant providers. I know my little guy is well taken care of everyday and I never have to worry about him while I’m away! They are so knowledgeable and thorough with their care and they know my baby so well! We are so thankful for them and all the O2B staff! I couldn’t be more happy to be a part of this wonderful facility that feels like family!

Nothing but great things to say about O2B Kids East (formerly Bright Start Academy). My three-year-old has been going since he was 10 months, and every single teacher in each of his rooms, as well as all of the support staff, has shown nothing but genuine support and care for him. I feel like the teachers and staff truly get to know each kid. Ms. Katie, Ms. Mariela, Ms. Mia and Ms. Maria have all played incredible roles in my son's development — from bringing out the best sides of his humor to working through threenager tantrums to going as far as comforting and walking him to a friends car when mom and dad were out of town — and we couldn't be more thankful!
