This daycare came as blessing in disguise to my family and I must say from start to finish I was informed and guided through the process of enrolling my child, very professional; staff is really friendly and you can tell they genuinely care for the children and honestly my heart is filled with joy and my mind is at peace knowing that my child is being taken care of by genuine people. Keep up the good job Bright Star, definitely recommend!

As a first-time day care parent, I had reservations, but my daughter's happiness and well-being at Bright Star have alleviated my concerns, thanks to the caring staff.

I went to visit this facility with high hopes but left VERY disappointed. When I first arrived at the daycare, I was told to enter through a side fence (which wasn't secured by the way) where the kids were playing in the yard. We had an appointment to see the director Raquel (who was very late by the way). While we waited what I witnessed was a travesty. There was absolutely no organization. Kids were running back and forth in the center to get water. I didn't understand why water was not readily available to them outside especially since it was close to 90 degrees out. One very nasty rude staff was yelling at one child because he didn't want to come outside. At that point, I knew I was NOT sending my child to this daycare but I stayed for the appointment. The infant room is dirty and stink. I saw one of the staff change a baby's diaper at the changing table without a changing pad on the table and she did not wash her hands. One girl who I saw outside when I entered the daycare was in the infant room and I did not see her wash her hands when she entered the room. The staff seemed very young and inexperienced. Oh and also the floor was just disgusting and the cribs looked like it was infested with bed bugs. It was just gross. The kids were crawling on the floor. All I kept thinking was LORD GET ME OUT OF HERE! I wanted to cry for the poor kids. I WOULD NOT SEND A PET DOG HERE. I feel so bad for parents that take their kids here. You do not even know what your kids are going through. This place definitely needs to be given citations. Where is the department of Children Services? Are they even conducting inspections?? Trust me I wouldn't even give them a star but I have to. This place to me is not even a number on the scale.

The teachers (if you can even call them like that) are rude to the kids and very careless. My child came home with his lunch untouchable for over a week. Getting in touch with Raquel is totally impossible. To complain about anyone or any of the things that happens is there is worthless. The owner don't care when it comes to your concerns. Don't send your kids here they are terrible!.

No rating deserved here. The worst day care center. My grandson had an accident on himself and left him filthy in the corner with all the kids laughing at him. UNACCEPTABLE AND UNJUSTLY. Who does that and what are you getting paid for? Please DO NOT bring your children to this day care. They should be shut down!!!!!
