What Parents Say
BRIGHT NEW SCHOLARS ACADEMY receives overwhelming positive feedback from parents who praise the caring staff, clean facilities, and family-like atmosphere. Parents consistently highlight strong communication, real-time camera access, and individualized attention to child development. However, one parent reported a serious incident involving physical discipline by a staff member two years ago.
Both of my kids attend BNSA and we have been with them for 5 years. I love the staff and teachers here, all who are incredible attentive, understanding, respectful and great with my girls. The facilities are great, secure, and I love that I can check in on them at any time and get regular updates and pictures throughout the days from their teachers. Through COVID, their team adapted quickly and was very understanding and helpful through such an uncertain time. Next week is my oldest daughter's last week and she is so sad to be leaving. I'm so thankful for the team and BNSA and for all they did to get her ready for kindergarten. Highly recommend!
Bright New Scholars Academy has truly set the standard for excellence in early childhood care and education. From the moment we walked through their doors, we were met with a warm, welcoming environment that immediately felt like an extension of our family. The facility is clean creating a safe and nurturing space where children can thrive. Both of my children have been enrolled since they were three months old, The staff is not only caring and attentive, but also deeply committed to each child’s growth—emotionally, socially, and academically. Their structured approach to learning is balanced beautifully with genuine affection and individualized attention. What stands out most is their open and consistent communication. As a parent, it’s incredibly reassuring to be kept informed and involved every step of the way. Bright New Scholars fosters a partnership with families that’s built on trust, transparency, and shared values. We are beyond grateful for the love and dedication they pour into their work each day. It’s more than a childcare center—it’s a place where children are truly family.
My grandbabies who are now 5 & 7 have been a part of the BNSA family since they were 6 weeks old. My 7 year old attends their summer camp and my 5 year old will graduate and begin his journey in Kindergarten this fall. While I’m sad to know this part of our lives is coming to an end. I’ll be forever grateful for this center, each and every staff member, the time, love and kindness they have shown the 2 most important people in my world for so many years. I will continue to recommend BNSA to parents who want a center who will make you feel like family.
I’m so sad that our kids are aging out of this school!!!! Lisa & the staff have been like family. Both of our kids have been there since they were 6 weeks old & we couldn’t have ended up at a better daycare! They treat every kid like their own & for that, I am forever grateful. BNS will always have a special place in my heart. Thank you guys for everything you do!!!! 💜💜💜
My child went here 2 years ago. And I’m sadden to bring this up now but every time I see this video I get angry and upset all over again. Mrs Lisa and Sade were very nice ladies at the front of the house. But I have a video of a staff member placing her foot on my child and shoving him because he had an ear infection ( that we did not know about ) and was a bit cranky. It’s a very noticeable video of her doing it. And when I went in the school to ask to speak to the teacher everyone acted as if they didn’t know who I was speaking of or I was told she left for the day. After reviewing the footage with Mrs Lisa I was told what they tell all the parents (they will have a conversation with her) before sending my child to this school I did let the staff know what I did for a living and why my concerns would be so high for my child going to daycare. I did feel security knowing that he was on camera and that I could see him at all times but obviously that did not stop the staff member from assaulting my child.
