If you want your children cared for like family, bring your kids here. I used to take my now 9 and 10 year old here and now I take my 1 and 3 year old. We came back because they treat the kids like they're their own. We even got a call no parent ever wants that our 1yr old was having a seizure. Everyone there responded to the situation as best as anyone would, calling 911 with one phone and calling us with another phone. They're truly amazing there and treat my girls so well. I cant stress enough how much my girls look forward to going to "school" there.

We finally moved my daughter from this daycare and today is her first day at the new one. When she was at this daycare they would not update us at all! We would repeatedly ask for updates on the bright wheel app and we would be lucky to even get one picture that whole day. There was also 2 occasions where she came home with a rash on her private part and I was infuriated. Every time we picked her up she would cry. I’m not sure whether it was because she was happy to leave or just happy to see us, regardless I don’t think that was a good sign. The boy there - I’m not going to call him a man because he is not - acts disrespectful and rude. I’m glad my wife was the one to talk to him cause it it were me I don’t know what would happen. Thank god my daughter is not there no more.

Avoid This Daycare: A Heartbreaking Experience As a concerned aunt, I feel compelled to share a deeply troubling experience my family encountered at Bright Minds Academy. When my sister dropped off my niece, she exhibited distressing behavior that cannot be ignored. Upon arrival, my niece burst into tears, pointing at her teachers and tearfully labeling them as "monsters." Disturbingly, she even mimicked a distressing incident by slapping her own hands and instructing my sister to "sit down," echoing a traumatic event that occurred under their care. It breaks my heart to say this, but please hear this warning: do not entrust your children to this daycare. My niece's genuine emotional distress, reflected in her daily tears and reluctance to be separated from her mother. Children don't lie, and their well-being should always be our top priority. My family's painful experience serves as a reminder to prioritize when selecting childcare providers. Your child's safety and happiness are non-negotiable. My niece since has attendant another daycare, her crying has completely stopped.

My daughter attended the after school care she loved the bus ride and enjoyed being there. They are very understanding and helped me a lot. I was happy about finding a daycare that fit her. ☺️ my 4yr old never gave me any complains and if she had one she would definitely let me know if something happened lol

Bright minds academy maintains a very clean structured setting while providing a fun educational atmosphere and has attentive directors and staff. Staff are really great and hands on with children. Educational curriculum in place to assist in child learning. I an extremely pleased with the direction of the facility since it has come into new ownership.
