Bright Kidz Preschool And Daycare

As first time parents who both work, we were incredibly nervous to enroll our son in daycare. Luckily we found Bright Kidz, which feels like a second home at this point. Ms. Tammy, Ms. Ashley and the entire infant room staff are angels. I know our son is in great hands; he’s such a happy, bright and curious baby, which we credit a lot to his experience in daycare and his connection with everyone at Bright Kidz. We’re so grateful!

We've been so happy with our experience at Bright Kidz—especially with Ms. Tammy and Ms. Sarah and the infant room. I never thought I would feel completely at ease sending my baby to daycare, but I truly am. My son’s face lights up when he enters the room and sees his teachers and friends. Tammy does such an incredible job with the sensory activities, art projects, and general care. He's experiencing so many things that I would never think to do at home... the fact that he's painted multiple times and he's not even 6 months old is awesome. They are great at communicating, taking photos, and staying on top of nap and eating schedules. I always end the day with a detailed summary of his activities and schedule. I HIGHLY recommend Bright Kidz—especially Ms. Tammy and Ms. Sarah in the infant room. They make it easy to be a working mom. 🩵

We have been at bright kidz since we moved to Middletown and couldn’t be happier! Not only are our kids learning and thriving, the entire staff cares for them like they are their own. If you are looking for a childcare center, we highly recommend BrightKidz!!

Coming from a thriving head start program in NYC I’ve tried other Daycares in the nearby area that let’s just say I’d never review. Bright Kidz is the equivalent of an organized NYC head start program with daily pictures and updates via app. My daughter started here when she was 2 in Ms Lilys class who teaches potty training like a champ(!) I love both the school year program and the summer program. She’s learned to speak Spanish in Ms. Lily’s class and they’ve continued that all the way to preschool. In Ms. Jess class she learned all of the colors and how to count. Even the children that were struggling with speech were singing the number songs etc(!) amazing I can work and not worry about having to take off whether public or Catholic schools are out. If I have to go into work early, I can because Bright Kidz is open 6am to 6pm with an ongoing curriculum even for the toddlers. The kids go outside twice a day that was my favorite part and also they offer soccer lessons during the school day so I don’t have to take her on the weekends. The staff is incredibly friendly they always take over if you and your little one is struggling with drop off lol When we were pregnant they helped speak to our daughter about becoming a big sister. (Tear that was emotional for me) My daughter enjoys Ms. Nicole she comes home saying she cares about all of her students. I said to my daughter I love how she gets you to eat lunch and keep your shoes on(!) Our second daughter will be attending Bright Kidz once we’re ready and unlike with our first I couldn’t be more proud. I highly recommend for working moms/dads/parents.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while since we have been so happy with Bright Kidz, and what better time to do it than when we are stuck at home and missing the wonderful teachers and staff at Bright Kidz so much! My daughter started at Bright Kidz back in December when she was 7 months old. I toured every daycare in the area before I decided on Bright Kidz, and some I even went back to two- three times to make sure I gave every place a fair shot, but every time my gut kept telling me to go with Bright Kidz. From the tour alone, Bright Kidz was spotless and clean each time I visited, the teachers were always engaged with the kids, and the kids appeared to be having a great time. The cleanliness factor was huge for us. Bright Kidz is sparkling clean all the time, and they’re always washing and wiping everything down. Others that came very highly recommended looked dirty, smelled like diapers, were totally chaotic, and the teachers would gossip and text and not engage with the kids. Fast forward to enrolling my daughter at Bright Kidz after meeting Maureen, the director, who is super professional and helpful to this first-time daycare mom. We started my daughter twice a week to see how it would go, but soon enough we were bringing her full time because we were so happy, and so was she! She always came home clean and so well taken care of, and we love receiving all the pictures through the Tadpoles app throughout the day. Even the babies have a curriculum that they follow and it has been great to see our daughter learning each day. Also comforting to know there are cameras in case anything were to happen- most of the other local daycares didn’t have cameras or only had them at the front door. Needless to say, my husband and I are extremely happy with the care our daughter is receiving at Bright Kidz and so grateful to Maureen, Miss Nancy in the infant room, and all the rest of the staff for taking awesome care of our daughter. She doesn’t even look back when we drop her off, she’s excited to be there. They even sent videos to the kids after they closed for covid-19 so the babies could see their teachers. They truly know each child so well and treat them with love. I had read a bad review or two which made me nervous, but I’m so glad I went with my instinct and enrolled my daughter at Bright Kidz. For two parents with long commutes, knowing our daughter is in such great hands all day is a huge relief. Highly recommend Bright Kidz!
