Bright Horizons @ Winter Garden

Most of the reviews are from staff members who have their kids in the programs. I do not advise using this place for Back up care or emergency care. For families who are in actual need for this service, my exact experience, I paid for and reserved child care, it was confirmed (via the application, it showed confirmed) arriving to the location they told me they were full. I am learning that was not true, from their quality team. The reservation was to start at 8am. The administrator told me at 830 they were full (remember I found out later that she was lying to me) it wasnt until 9am that she canceled the reservation to put me back in the system so I can attempt to find other coverage. I wasnt able to find other coverage so that means no one in their entire company helped me. But they still charged me. They quickly took my money for services they didnt render, and now I have to wait 3 to 5 days to get my money back.

Amazing Experience at Bright Horizons Winter Garden! Since my son transferred to Bright Horizons Winter Garden, his experience has been nothing short of amazing. He has grown and developed so much, and it’s clear that he absolutely loves being there. Sometimes, he doesn't even want to leave, which speaks volumes about the incredible environment they’ve created. I cannot say enough about his teachers, Ms. Luz and Ms. Larissa. They truly have the magic touch when it comes to nurturing and guiding children. The way they care for my son is heartwarming, and I always feel like he is in the best hands. The leadership at this location is exceptional as well. Leighann, the center director, and Lauren, the assistant director, are phenomenal. Their dedication and attention to detail ensure that this facility runs smoothly, and I wouldn't want my son at any other daycare in the area. Bright Horizons Winter Garden is a first-class facility that will help your child develop in a safe, caring, and stimulating environment. As a first-time mom, it has been so touching to watch my son grow up with them. If I could give this facility 25 stars, I would!

10/10 daycare center! After having our son at 2 other daycare locations in the area, making the switch to Bright Horizons last year was our best decision yet. From the warm staff to the dedicated learning activities that are prepared each day, there isn’t another place like it. Mrs. Maristella’s attention to our sons needs during her time there was above and beyond. And his new teachers Miss. Lilly and Ms. Melissa are wonderful and take great care of the kids in their class. My son comes home and tells me all the activities they did and the friends he enjoyed playing with. The app is also helpful for keeping up with my son’s day to day with notes and images loaded in there daily. The center also has a pool on the property if you want to enroll your child in swim lessons which is so convenient for those parents who don’t have time for lessons outside of school hours! The swim instructors are top notch and have been training for years. Highly recommend giving this place a try if you’re looking for above and beyond care for your child.

We've had such a wonderful experience at Bright Horizons! Since my daughter started attending, she has flourished in ways that continue to amaze us. She immediately began reaching milestones, and it’s clear she’s thriving in such a nurturing environment. Every morning, my daughter lights up when she’s greeted by Ms. Joann, who has truly made a special impact on her. It’s heartwarming to see the bond she has with her teachers, including Ms. Angela, Ms. Vernice, and Ms. Joann, all of whom are all so attentive and caring, and we feel lucky to have such a dedicated team looking after her. The daily photos we receive are a thoughtful touch, allowing us a glimpse into her day, and the weekly curriculum updates keep us engaged in her learning. Above all, I’m so grateful to her teachers for the love and care they show every day. We’re excited to keep her at Bright Horizons and can’t wait to introduce our next child once he’s born and ready. Thank you to the whole team for making this such a wonderful experience for our family, especially Ms. Joann, Ms. Vernice, and Ms. Angela!

I can’t recommend Bright Horizons enough. Our son has been there since he was one and a half, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place for him to learn and grow. The school has done an amazing job nurturing his curiosity and supporting his overall development. The activities offered—from art, circle time, and building projects to STEM and outdoor play—are so thoughtfully designed and purposeful. The center’s leadership and staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive. They know each and every child and find ways to make school feel special, from big events like festivals and holiday celebrations to small, meaningful moments, like celebrating each child’s birthday in the lobby. The warm, inviting atmosphere really sets Bright Horizons apart. The best part, though, is the teachers. Our son absolutely adores them, and (thanks to the very low turnover) he still gets to visit past teachers, who always make time to say hi and maybe even sneak him an extra snack. They partner with parents every step of the way, and we feel completely confident that he’s in the best hands. These teachers have truly become an extension of our family. Another fantastic feature is the on-site pool, which allows parents to enroll kids in swim lessons during the school day. The swim instructors are wonderful—they turned our water-shy little one into a confident swimmer, and now he loves any and all pool time. Having this opportunity during the school day has been a huge bonus for us. The staff also keeps us well-informed about our son’s progress through an easy-to-use app, sharing daily updates and photos that make us feel connected to his experiences.
