My daughter has been enrolled at this daycare since it re-opened. Seeing her learning and growing into the child she is today, we knew we needed to have her baby brother join as well. We’ve received many comments on how advanced her speech is and I’m sure it’s because of daycare. Not only is she able to communicate with us, she’s able to communicate effectively. I know that this daycare focuses on emotional intelligence as well. We definitely can see that with our child. The children at the school are all extremely friendly and all play with each other really well. My daughter says they are all her best friends! We now have our infant enrolled here and we can tell that he enjoys it. It does take a couple of months for some babies to get used. But we can tell he loves his teacher! He gets so excited when he sees her. If you’re enrolling your children into daycare for the first time, just know that no place is perfect but this daycare tries their best. Your child will get sick, will get hurt occasionally, but all of this will help them become stronger. I’ve received the best care from the teachers. I know that they care deeply for the children they care for and I’m forever grateful for everything they’ve done for my kids!

I am not surprised by the reviews concerning their children becoming uncontrollable or injured after being sent here. I have also noticed that some of the positive reviews do not look genuine, based on their review patterns. We live next to their playground. I don't know how the City of Bellevue permitted the construction of this outdoor playground so near the residential buildings. There are two children who constantly scream so loud. It is not normal. They scream out of unhappiness, not joy, so it is torture to hear it. I heard that some residents expressed their concerns to them about it, but they just dismissed it. They think children do that. No, that is not the behavior of a normal child. Their employees just chat with each other all the time, without taking care of the screaming children. They made them misbehave by neglecting them like that. Please do your job and stop disturbing your neighbors.

Choosing this daycare was one of the best decisions we've made as parents. Our son began here when he was about 4 months old and is now in his toddler era (20 months old). A few highlights: - There are many examples I can list here, but one of the most important is how excited he is to go to school everyday. His positive mood when we pick him up is evidence that we can trust this daycare with his well being. - When the time came for him to graduate from newborn room to toddler room, the staff took extra patience and care to slowly transition him, letting him acclimate to the new environment naturally. This helped him so much! - He has a larger vocabulary and hit number of milestones beyond his age thanks to their curriculum. If you're looking for a place where your child will thrive, grow, and be genuinely cared for, look no further.

Bright Horizons at the Summit will always be my first pick on back up care! My daughter was there a few months back for 3 days and again was there two weeks ago for about a week. She is always excited to see her friends and all of her teachers. I love how Admin (and teachers) are super communicative and that really keeps me at ease while my kiddo is in their care! I can’t say good enough things about this center and will be coming back! THANK YOU BH!

I would never enrolled my kid under Bright Horizons!!!!! My daughter, 2.5 years old, she came here for backup care. She has been to Bilingual Montessori for one year, she behaves sooooo well, gentle, and polite. She only been to this Bright horizons for less than 2 weeks. She becomes soooooooo wild. Tonight, she pressed me down and kept scratching my face. I asked her, are kids at school treat you like this, she said yes, and she pointed her finger where the kid scratched her that got hurt. (That day, the teacher just called and said a kid scratched my daughter). It's so horrible that only less than 2 weeks, this non-structure school completely changed a kid's behavior. My daughter screams a lot since she came to this school. Before she tried Bright Horizons, she never screamed!!!! I can't imagine people who enroll their kids here for 3+ years, and I dont know what values do BH provide at all!!! We've been to a couple of BH in the neighborhood. Most of the teachers they hire are not seasoned teachers. The only great BH that we've been to, it's the mercer island one. Before she tried this school, my daughter never put her thumb into her mouth, and now, she put her thumb into her mouth for fun. I am so disappointed that BH is such a bad school.
