Bright Horizons Naperville

We’ve had a fantastic experience with Bright Horizons in Naperville. As parents of twins, finding a daycare we truly trust was a big decision, and the team there has been incredible. The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely cares about each child. Our boys are thriving socially and developmentally, and we appreciate the consistent communication and professionalism. Highly recommend to any family looking for a safe, nurturing environment.

Bright Horizons in Naperville is the absolute best! Both my kids have gone to pre k/kinder prep and have loved. The facility is top notch and all the people from the teachers to admin are wonderful.

Our son started at Bright Horizon when he was 15 months old, and he’s now almost 3. We’ve had such a wonderful experience watching him grow and thrive here. He loves going to school every day and has made so many friends. The teachers are warm, kind, and experienced — they’ve done an excellent job establishing routines that help him feel safe and confident. The consistency and care they provide have also helped him develop great habits and positive behavior. We’re so grateful to the entire team for creating such a nurturing and structured environment where children can learn, connect, and feel at home.

This summer, my son had an exciting, creative, and adventure-filled time at camp! One of the standout activities was using a 3D doodle pen to design and build imaginative creations, including a spaceship model. A real highlight was the visit to a local fire station, where campers met firefighters, explored the trucks, and learned about fire safety in a hands-on and memorable way. They also dove into nature exploration with the DuPage Forest Preserve Discovery Box, learning all about mammals and owls through engaging, interactive materials. The camp was packed with fun events, including a Juggle Comedy Show that kept everyone laughing, a colorful Tie Dye Day full of creativity, and refreshing water days that brought lots of joy and splashing fun under the sun. Another special highlight was Tippi Toes Dance, where the kids got to move, groove, and express themselves through music and dance, building confidence and having a blast on the dance floor. None of these wonderful memories would have been possible without the amazing teachers and camp staff, whose warmth, creativity, and dedication made every day special. It was truly a summer to remember!

Beyond pleased with the Summer Camp Program! Our son has come home everyday ecstatic and excited about all the activities he did during the day since enrolling. He is a super energetic 9 year old boy who’s always looking for something to do. This camp came recommended by several family friends who told us about their wonderful experience that we just had to give it a try! For starters they really made our son feel welcome from day one, although the classroom was very full with other children we could tell he felt very comfortable since the first day. He had his own cubby, his own “placemat” for meal times already made. He’s typically a child more on the shy side but he warmed up quickly to the teachers and made friends the very first day. We had mentioned that we were working on self- regulating his emotions as we had gone through several outbursts at school. Ms.Julie sat down with us and listened to our concerns attentively and then walked us through a very thorough plan on how we could move forward if any incidents happened. Sure enough on his third day he started to show some of those same regulation issues and we were absolutely impressed by how well they handled it. Not only did he not have the typical outburst but he himself walked us through what he felt and went through in that moment, something he had never done before!! As a parent it was a huge breakthrough for all of us and it felt amazing to not feel as if our child was “labeled” or treated any differently. Our son is thrilled to be returning next summer, thank you so much BH @ Naperville!
