“Lost” reservations, last minute cancellations, no shows, and typically late sitters. They seem to make little to no effort finding another sitter when no one shows up for your reservation. This has happened now 5 times. We wait on hold for quite some time before we can speak to one of the less than helpful representatives. It really screws up your day.
I requested sitter service through Bright Horizon Back-Up Care Program via my company, so I can work while someone can watch my child when the school is closed during holiday. They cancelled my reservation 1 and 1/2 hours before my scheduled shift. There was no apology or alternative sitter offered. I had to scramble to find a sitter last minute on my own. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.
Heather was so amazing and kind! I had 2 children that it was their first time in daycare and from the person at the front desk to the teachers in the classrooms they were just exceptional! They send a report at the end of each day with pictures and videos to show you what your children did throughout the day. Absolutely would have kept my kids in this school if I could've. Thank you to all the staff for your patience!
My kids absolutely love this place and they’re beyond excited whenever they’re going here as back up care place. The staff is friendly, the communication level, the detailed daily reports, the kids’ activities are fantastic. They provide snacks too which is just the cherry on top.
They have terrible customer service. They are insensitive. I have made several reservations over a month in advance and their providers will cancel the day before and they don’t care. They don’t even notify you when they have to cancel your reservation last minute. Using their service has cost me hundreds of dollars because I have to cancel appointments every time their service cancels/no shows on me. Unreliable and don’t care about their customers.
