Bright Horizons Family Solution @ Beacon Hill

We started our daughter at Bright Horizons at Beacon Hill when she was just under 6months old. We are so grateful to the amazing team of teachers and staff. We never had to worry when she was in their hands. We would get several pictures each day showing what activities she was up to from painting, coloring, all sorts of sensory activities to story time circle, there was always something fun. The center is always very clean & safe. Unfortunately we have now moved out of the city and have had to move to a new daycare closer to home. But we can not recommend the team at Bright Horizons at Beacon Hill enough. Thank you again to all the infant teachers & administrators!

We are so delighted to be part of the Bright Horizons Beacon Hill family! We have been welcomed with open arms since our first inquiry. The team has been very accommodating to make our child’s transition to a new school as seamless as possible. The other families have been welcoming as well, it’s a great community! We have been happy to see how much our daughter loves her teachers and the entire team, she is delighted to arrive at school in the morning and doesn’t want to leave at the end of the day! We enjoy receiving updates throughout the day of the thoughtful activities from the curriculum that aide in our child’s development. The center is always clean and cheery, with lots of helpful content for parents. The snacks provided are healthy and the educators work with our child to learn how to use utensils. Our hearts are warmed by the wonderful experience, it’s nice to know our child is in such an incredibly warm and educational environment!! Thank you Bright Horizons Beacon Hill!

We placed our baby here for 1 week as back-up daycare. We gave them a call because we realized we left our sleep sack and pacifier there. We were told that they never have our sleep sack and lost the pacifier which was frustrating because for a whole week no one informed us about either. Even more frustrating that our baby slept without a sleep sack.

Our son started at Bright Horizons in Beacon Hill when he was 3 months old. As first time parents, my husband and I were very nervous at the thought of leaving our son for 9 hours a day; however, the Bright Horizons Team quickly put our worries to rest. Both the director, Jen Keating, and the assistant director, Liz Sullivan, welcomed us with open arms (literally hugged me as I sobbed at drop-off the first day). Our son is in one of two full time infant classrooms, with a ratio of 6 babies to 2 teachers. When I met his primary teachers, Crystal and Dacia, I immediately knew he was in good hands. They are knowledgeable, kind and genuinely care about the wellbeing of our son. Our son is now 8 months old and fully thriving at Bright Horizons. Crystal and Decia have guided us through our son’s developmental milestones, offering suggestions and support. For example, when it came time to introduce solids, I felt lost. His teachers walked me through the process and were happy to work with him each day by offering solids while he’s at daycare. I keep track of how much he eats each day through the amazing Bright Horizons App. My husband and I get real-time notifications whenever our son eats, sleeps or has a diaper change. His teachers also upload pictures of all the fun activities they do throughout the day. Knowing exactly what’s happening makes being apart a bit easier. We couldn’t be happier with the care our son receives from Bright Horizons Beacon Hill.

My family has been a part of this center since they opened 15 years ago. My youngest continues to use them for Back-Up Care. We couldn’t be happier with the wonderful teachers they have and the care they give. Thank You!!!
