Our son began at Bright Horizons in Shelton when he was 5 months old. The staff here is amazing. We were so sad when we had to leave because we moved too far away. He loved his teachers and the curriculum was great. We loved getting the updates all day long. When it was time to transition to the toddler room, the thought and care everyone put into his transition was remarkable. They made sure it would be as smooth as possible. Everyone is so friendly and you very quickly feel like family. He has transitioned so well in his new daycare and I believe it's partly due to how well BH prepared him. We will miss BH and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great daycare. I'll never forget how sad his teachers were to see him go, the care they had for him was exceptional. They also have an open door policy so you can go visit your child anytime you want. It's also very secure so I always felt he was safe when he was there. They also provide great communication. Lastly there is an option to get hot lunch from an amazing Italian restaurant next door. Our little guy enjoyed his occasional delicious Italian meals. Bright Horizons is a great daycare option if you are in need of one.
Our daughter started going to Bright Horizons, Shelton, CT location when she was 4 months old till she turned 2.5yrs old. All the caregivers at this location are amazing and provided a safe, loving and supportive environment for our daughter. We were at peace knowing that our daughter was in great care while we were away at work. Highly recommend Bright Horizons Shelton, CT. location.
My son spent the past 2 years at this center. The level of attentiveness by the staff, the teachers, their caring touch, the personal growth that I have seen shine through, is just indescribable. I thank all his teachers and staff for creating such a lovely environment for so long. We will surely miss everyone as we move on to Kindergarten!
Bright Horizons ECT is an amazing place. My daughter started there last summer in the k prep program after being home in the pandemic. They were patient, compassionate and understood our needs and hers. The facility is top notch along with the curriculum and activities that they do. The teachers and directors are amazing. As my daughter enters kindergarten, I am sad to be leaving BH, but hope to return for summer camps in the future.
Bright Horizons has been a warm and caring environment for our two sons ages 4&6. Both boys have been there since being an infant and they have thrived. BH has an art room, STEM lab, an indoor movement zone and multiple playing areas out back that is protected from sun and enclosed so it’s private. The curriculum is very engaging. The teachers are beyond nurturing and the administration is amazing. They are extremely helpful and as a first time mom I was comfortable leaving my first child there. As my kids age out I am going to miss the teachers and their personal touches with my boys. There is nothing better than BH.
