Bright Horizons Children'S Center At The Prudential Center

Consider yourself extremely lucky if your child attends Bright Horizon's at the Prudential! As a first-time mom, I was so uneasy about placing our daughter into daycare after my maternity leave ended (at 16 weeks). From the initial tour shortly after we found out we were pregnant; we knew this place was special- and we toured many different centers. I will admit our standards were very high as well. Since the first day that I dropped her off (almost two months ago now), our daughter has been thriving. Ms. Gissell and Ms. Tiah (along with all the teachers) take AMAZING care of our daughter, I find myself crying often at how thankful we are to have them in our lives. Our daughter grins from ear to ear at drop-off when she sees them and has absolutely flourished in their care. You can tell that truly love her as part of their own families. We also receive updates throughout the day on everything that happens, whether its photos of their daily STEM activity/playtime, or updates on diaper changes/feeds/nap time- you are never worried about how things are going. My husband and I have so many positive things to say about our time here so far.

I only have positive feedback. When we enrolled our son Logan at just 3 months old, we were nervous about leaving him in someone else's care. However, the staff at this center quickly put our minds at ease. All of the teachers and directors are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about the well-being of the children. They provide a range of stimulating activities that have helped our son to learn and grow, and we appreciate the variety of opportunities they offer that we may not have the chance to provide at home. One feature we really appreciate is the Bright Horizons app, which allows us to receive daily updates on Logan's activities, meals, and naps. It's reassuring to know what he's up to throughout the day, and we love seeing the photos and descriptions of his experiences. One staff member who particularly stood out to us during our time at the center was our son's infant teacher. She helped us to navigate the transition back to work and child care after my maternity leave, and was always available to answer our questions and offer support. Her warmth and expertise were invaluable, and we're grateful for the care she provided. Overall, we highly recommend this child care center to any parent in search of a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for their child. The staff are exceptional, and we're grateful for the positive impact they've had on our son's development

We were lucky enough to have our son attend the toddler room for a year, and now both of our kids attend regularly for backup care (when school is closed). This center is AMAZING. The administrators and teachers are incredible - almost all of the same teachers are there a year+ later (and most have been there much longer). They know and love our kids. We are so grateful for the wonderful care they provide! Can’t recommend BH Pru enough!

Our son has been in the toddler program at Bright Horizons for nearly a year now and he really loves it. The teachers will usually write a note about him in the app every day, and it's through these notes and pictures that you can really get a sense of how much the teachers care about the children. Prudential is a great location and we love that they have an attached outdoor playground. It can be really stressful selecting a daycare for your child, but you will be in good hands at Bright Horizons.
