We love Bright Horizon West Village! Our daughter has been enrolled since she was 3 months old and the teachers in the infant room have been excellent. We are kept up to date throughout the day through the convenient Bright Horizons app, getting pictures and notes from her teachers. The teachers also go above and beyond to keep us updated at pick up and drop off and with calls throughout the day if there is anything we should be aware of. It’s been good for our baby to be around other kids her age to learn from each other and see the bigger kids. The center’s Director and Assistant Director are also both very responsive to all questions and requests. We have nothing but good things to say about the center, highly recommend!
Our daughter has been going to Bright Horizon West Village for a couple of months now and it has been an amazing experience. Ellie (center director) and the teachers (in both infant and toddler class) are WONDERFUL! They are loving, caring and supportive. I trust the staff and I feel comfortable leaving my daughter there everyday. They have been great in communicating with parents. They also use an app to keep parents updated with diaper change, food, nap and pictures/videos. It’s fun to see her interacting with teachers and other kids while doing various activities like art, story time, outdoor activities, and tons of learning and play! Our daughter enjoys going to the center every day. She’s excited to go in when I drop her off and always happy when I pick her up. She’s grown and learnt so much! I am very happy that we chose Bright Horizon West Village.
So much more than daycare, the curriculum for kids as young as 12-18 months is thoughtful, creative and fun as its lead by the interests of the children. BHWV is an incredibly special environment with some of the most patient and loving teachers. These teachers have been partners to us in the development and growth of our toddlers and have been such important parts of all their milestones. We're so grateful for their generosity, compassion and respect for our children.
I really cannot say enough good things about Bright Horizons West Village. The teachers and admin have gone above and beyond in so many ways. I feel lucky to have such kind, caring and creative people taking care of my child. They have made going to daycare a joy for the whole family.
Updating my review after experiencing another center while BH @ West Village was preparing for UPK. Love the team at this location. We joined in 2021. The caregivers treat the kids as their own! Shout out to Maria, Ellie, Shana and Evaliesse. The sweetest and most thoughtful ladies a parent could want to look after their little ones. The curriculum is well structured while allowing the kids the freedom to lead it. More recently, I had to find back up care for my son while the center was preparing for UPK I was always grateful and appreciative of the team at West Village, but this experience made me realize just how amazing Ellie & the teachers we've had the pleasure of interacting with are. My goodness--the love, the care, the compassion they all show towards my son and other kids is so genuine. They love the kids as if they were their own and it shows. I'm so appreciative and grateful for the care and energy this team put towards our little ones. THANK YOU a million times over!
