Our son has been going to Bright Horizons Cranberry for over 2 years. We are very happy with the care he is receiving and the curriculum/ learning environment they provide. They have a great system communicating with the parents and it is very transparent. Joanie, Stacy, and all the teachers have been great to work with and we can tell that they really care for the children at their center.

My children have been through every age group (infant - kindergarten) at this center. It's like a family. Low turn over. My kids LOVE being here. I can threaten that they won't go if they don't hurry in the morning and it works! My older son had been at a center that was more affordable but you really really get what you pay for. I realized the differences immediately when we first brought my 3.5 year old here. Fostering so much emotional intelligence as they learn to work together with one another and make friends, fun through play, and great education.

I've had kids at Bright Horizons Cranberry center for the last eight and a half years. And we've have wonderful experiences here. The staff is clearly dedicated to their mission--to educate, enrich, and safely care for the children in their care. We've been lucky to be in classrooms with teachers who have become more like family. We receive daily communication about our children, in particulr...how they spent their day, what interested them, books they particularly enjoyed, etc. All of these things help us feel connected to our kids, even when they're not with us. I've always felt welcome to share my ideas, questions, and suggestions with staff at the center as well. They are extremely collaborative and have encouraged me to be an active member of their center and community. It seems to me that their staff is well educated and well trained. We have truly enjoyed partnering with the teachers in our childrens' class rooms over the years so identify and adapt best practices for our kids and our family. This upcoming year will be our last at BH as our kid will all age out of their school-year programs. And we will be SO SAD to leave them!

I previously had shared a 5 star review but I am updating to 2. While I think the staff and care is EXCEPTIONAL, their COVID exclusions are over the top and worrisome for working parents and I think it is fair to warn others. First, we take COVID very seriously in my house. We also believe in masking. With that said, if your child has any slight symptom, they will need to be removed until a PCR result. On top of that, once you have a PCR test result *which takes 2 days), the "COVID team" which is not here in Cranberry but in the corporate office does not process paper work timely. In sending a doctor note on Monday and a negative COVID PCR result this morning (Wednesday), it is still 5 hours as I am waiting to hear back that my certified healthy child can return to the facility. They say to allow up to 48 hours so it may be tomorrow (Thurs) or even Friday until he can return. Note: my son's symptoms are a cough every 30 min or so as he cleared his throat. The pediatrician did not understand why we were administering a test as he did not have symptoms warranting it, but he did. I have heard this from other parents and from other BH branches and was concerned but now experiencing it, I truly realize how for these 13 months, Bright Horizons has not been able to meet the needs of their community. Note: Due to their exceptional care, I do plan to remain here. However, I felt it was fair to warn others to look elsewhere due to the excessive and unnecessary interuptions in childcare.

Really thoughtful, safe, and attentive daycare with good communication daily. I'm very happy to send my daughter there!
