Bright Horizons At Spotswood

There are SO MANY great things about Childtime! 1. Everything is included in tuition! Wipes, diapers, food, and most importantly unlimited access to the cameras livestream. 2. My daughter LOVES it! We started at 7mo, buy then end of the week we she was crawling and so much happier at home. At 9/10 months she began walking, and babbling like crazy. 3. The staff is very sweet, kind,caring and attentive to my child age the others in the classroom. They constantly are updating the app with her daily activities, meals, and photos. They really are a second family to my girl and are truly is happy and safe.

We have been very happy to bring both our children to this school. The small things like providing diapers, wipes and food made it much easier for us, but the best thing is the people. All the staff have made us feel like we are leaving our kids with family. They are people who love our kids and we so grateful they have been a part of our journey.

We decided to swap to Childtime after being left in some very uncomfortable situations by our previous daycare. My husband and I toured Childtime on a Thursday, and by the following Tuesday, directors Monika and Jen helped us enroll my son so that we didn’t have to go back to the other daycare for the remainder of the month. We felt immediately relieved as they assured us of all of the things that are important to their school (which we weren’t receiving from the previous one). Monika and Jen have made my family feel like we have been there for years even though it’s only been a few days! One of my favorite things is the Live Cameras! With an infant, it is impossible to know how their day went when they cannot speak to you. Having the option to view my son while he is eating, playing, and sleeping is SO HELPFUL in making me feel at ease while he is away from me. Additionally, the staff is beyond anything I’ve seen in other daycare centers! I have watched Ms. Veena hug all of her babies before she leaves, and Ms. Paola and Ms. Thaily are always singing to and cuddling with the little ones! Not only are they loving teachers, but they are so responsive to your messages and have the best communication! Any time we forget something or if they need us to bring something in, they immediately communicate with us to let us know. Those girls have hearts of GOLD and take such good care of all those little ones which is not an easy task! Childtime makes you feel like you are family from the minute you walk through the door in the morning at drop off and when you are leaving at pick up. By far one of the best daycares around ESPECIALLY for infants. Tuition is reasonable for all that you are getting (diapers/wipes included and live cameras). That alone was our selling point! I am so happy we switched to Childtime and can’t wait to see all that my son will accomplish while he’s in their hands!

I cannot say enough good things about this daycare! My experience has been great and I really feel like everyone on staff cares about these children! I LOVE the camera access because it will give you peace of mind anytime you want to see your little one! Everyone works together to ensure the kids have what they need and are happy and well taken care of. The daycare is clean and bright and a very warm and welcoming environment to be in. The staff is great at the jobs and goes above and beyond. Even my other children who do not attend Childtime are welcomed and treated no differently! Although everyone is great, there are two people in the infant room who really stood out to me and that is Ms Paola and Ms Veena. The transition for my baby was not easy and she was only 3 months when she started and these women really put in the time and effort and did everything under the sun to get my baby acclimated and happy. They are warm and loving and patient with me and my baby and that means the world to me! Ms Veena or aunty Veena as we like to call her affectionately had become like family to my baby and me as well. My baby actually gets excited every morning to see her and she goes right to her. Her experience really shows and she has bonded with my baby in a way that I did not expect to happen. She has exceeded my expectations and we really cannot live without our aunty Veena 😊 Childtime has made an anxious mom feel at ease and very happy with my decision to put my baby in daycare!
