Bright Horizons At Sinatra Drive Hoboken

Took my daughter here to ask questions about the program & was being blatantly ignored. Walked out and took my daughter to Early Bright Academy. I hear their staff is not honest at all, so imagine what I saved my daughter from!

Day 1: don’t want to give any details for children’s safety, but let’s just say the pick up wasn’t safe at all. Day 2: they tell my husband they’d close at 3pm the day before Thanks giving. I stay wfh cause I couldn’t pick up my baby at 3pm in the middle of a workday. At 2pm we get an email saying there had been a mistake and they were open as usual. Day 3: they called me my 4 months old at the time who couldn’t sit by himself or turn yet had a bump on his head. They left him sitting by himself when he couldn’t. Day 4: ask them to put him to do tummy time. When I get the picture they left him on the ceramic floor doing tummy time. A 4 month old who could barely lift his head. Day 5: I explicitly tell them my 4 month old still can’t hold his head and to please support his head. When I’m leaving I see the teacher holding him on one arm and doing other things on the ipad etc with the other- not holding the head. When I tell her she tells me she’s been doing this for a while and she knows how to handle children. Well, clearly not. Beds were dirty. When I tell this to the teacher she tells me to leave him on another one and that’s when I noticed they were all dirty. In spite of telling them he had to eat at 8 am that day cause he hadn’t eaten at 6 like usual they gave him at 10 (my baby is a clock, every 3 hours he wants to feed). Baby bottles would come back dirty. Had to pulled him out. Maybe for babies > 6 months works, definitely not before that. Still for 3k a month it’s just a no. Assume the head mistress will passively aggressively come back.

My daughter has been going to Bright Horizons since she was 6 weeks old! Being a teacher and also a parent has been very rewarding. I have seen tremendous growth in my daughter and now she is moving to toddlers. Just an overall great school with amazing staff and teachers. Thank you guys so much!

There are not enough words to describe how great this place is! Ive been bringing my daughter here since she was 4 months old. It was a wonderful experience from the beginning. We were offered a welcome meeting, transition visits, and time to adjust to our new schedule. The teachers at this location have been with the center for over 10+, which is extremely rare and truly shows they have a passion for what they do. Communication from the Director is also excellent and she really goes above and beyond to accommodate anything our family needs. We love being at Bright Horizons at Sinatra Drive.

Our son has been enrolled at Bright Horizons at Sinatra Drive since he was three months old and we have had a really wonderful experience. We are so grateful to have found a safe, warm, loving and stimulating environment for our son while we are at work. The infant teachers, Ms. Windy and Ms. Deborah, are both amazing and take such good care of my little one. They are very invested in all of the babies in their care and celebrate alongside the parents with each milestone achieved. They are always thinking of new activities to introduce to the babies, like playing with cooked noodles or painting with different household items. They communicate with us every day and give us great suggestions on how to help him at home based on what new things he has been trying at daycare. Our son is now 12 months old, walking, signing and saying several words. Most days when we pick him up, he is not ready to leave. Ms. Sandra and Ms. Brianna, the center administrators, are fantastic as well. They are always ready to help whenever possible and have been so accommodating. They are constantly looking for ways to improve families' experiences, like introducing a library for families to borrow books. We also love the Brighter Days app, where we receive notifications of meals, bottles, diaper changes, naps and photos throughout the day. Our son is thriving at Bright Horizons at Sinatra Drive and we are grateful for everyone there!
