Bright Horizons At River East

Bright Horizons River East has been a wonderful place for my infant. The facility itself is clean and safe. The staff is warm and welcoming and truly cares about my child. The infant classroom has a fantastic set up with cribs in the posterior of the room where it is darker and play area in the front. Toys are all within reach for children, there is a mirror with a bar for observing oneself and there is a child size table and chairs for eating. My son has been here for two months and we have had zero issues with the center. My son and I are treated with respect and kindness and I know he is growing and developmentally in such a wonderful place. If you're looking for wonderful childcare in the city, look no further. This intimate environment is hard to mimic and is well worth the cost.

Amazing staff took excellent care of our son during his first months with day care. They are completely transparent about anything that may come up no matter how small which gave us peace of mind. Our son's development took off after enrolling him. He's socializing and making friends, learning to crawl significantly better, no more stranger danger!, and he comes home loaded with smiles after a fun day at day care. Can't thank the staff enough for how wonderful they are and how great they are with our child. I would definitely recommend Bright Horizons RE to anyone looking for day care.

This was the first and only daycare we have ever been to and when it came time to part ways with my little one for the first time I knew she was in good hands. The facilities are clean, organized, and secure. I love that someone has to buzz you in in order to gain access to the lobby area. Every time I picked my daughter up she reported having fun and told me about all the things she did that day :) Ms. Patricia Bogan was a pleasure to work with and really has a good heart- it's apparent in her interactions with parents and kids. She was the first face I saw when I dropped my daughter off for the first time and a huge reason I felt comfortable doing so. Thank you for maintaining such a wonderful program and for all that you have done to ensure a safe and positive learning environment.

We have our 5 month old infant @ Bright Horizons River East and it's our first experience with daycare. That being said, Ms. Patricia, Ms. Tammy and the whole staff have been absolutely incredible. They're nice to the core, caring and understanding, and set the right expectations with us as new parents. We get great photo updates of our little one throughout the day, and they print out the best ones so we can give them to grandparents or put them on the fridge. All the small touches are thought of and they make the experience that much more special.

I cannot rave enough about BH River East! We've been with them now for over 6 months and my kids absolutely love it. They are wonderful about communicating with parents, and the curriculum is excellent. They have kept the environment very clean and safe, so that even during the pandemic, the kids are still able to grow, learn and be social with other children. The staff is all super friendly. It feels like family. I would recommend Bright Horizons River East 5+ stars!
